Do not go here for your meds if you are on MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) such as Suboxone. They treat me poorly and talk down to me; usually it's subtle, but when I pick up my MAT they are definitely snarky and rude. I had a problem this weekend where they were out of stock and I was going to be without my meds for a day and they really didn't seem to give a damn and were super dismissive. They said that it was against the law to transfer new (non-refill) prescriptions, and that was that, too bad for you. I spoke to staff at another pharmacy who said that it is not the law, it is Walgreens policy and all depends on the store's computer system. So I freaked out for a full 24 hours, spent loads of time on the phone or waiting for calls back from the on call doctor, went into withdrawal (I take my meds really early) and eventually got my meds elsewhere. This was a nightmare experience. I gave them 2 stars because their drive thru is convenient and they have good hours. Otherwise it would be one.

I've used this pharmacy for a few years due to its convenient location, and they used to be reliable with refills and pre-authorizations. However, in recent years, the service has declined. It now takes much longer for pre-authorizations, with little communication. Most frustrating is my mental health medication, which is on auto-refill. Despite expressing the urgency, I often face delays because they need to order it, leaving me without it for days. I don't understand why they can't maintain stock for scheduled refills, especially since there's no reported shortage of this medication.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The workers are unhelpful and rude. CVS for me from now on.

It is extremely frustrating to go to a store that is marketed to be open until 10pm and had a paper taped to the door with the holiday schedule stating the store was open until 10PM to be refused entry at 9:45PM. We arrived at 9:45PM to find the doors locked although there was still at least one customer still shopping in the store. The employee then proceeded to shake his head "no" at us waiting at the door and couldn't even speak to us to tell us some reason for the store closing early. We then called the store and was told by the employee that they "are trying to close up" although again, has a paper taped on the door that they are open until 10pm.

Horrible service the manager on 8/31/23 at 7:45 pm did not help me in any way told me the Western Union was not working I thought I already put it in the system Western Union shuts down at 9 oâclock. I had no money to feed my kids. It was emergency to pick up and they sat there and laugh and told me to go to another Walgreens.

I have been a medical provider for over 10 years and I have never been treated so rudely when trying to get a prescription filled for one of my clients. Actually, maybe two clients. The last time I was hung up on. I do not recommend this pharmacy because they are difficult to work with and do not know how to use coupons to decrease medication prices.

At the Walgreens at 3793 Guess road, 4 times now, probably many more, but only 4 that have directly affected my health, their pharmacy has just been closed out of the blue, during hours they're listed as open. I'm on two medication I can't do without even one day, yet I've been forced to by them, because of their casual, oh we're open, or maybe we're not open, attitude. More frustrating is the fact that they take zero responsibly for being closed when we've been told by them, we'll be open. It's beyond an unprofessional way of keeping hours for a pharmacy. When I called this morning to get it refilled, they said it would be ready later today. However, they knew at that time, they were going to close 3 hours earlier than their normal hours, but they didn't think it inform me of that fact. I showed up directly after work, and oops closed, too bad. Pharmacies are in control of too many aspects of our health for this to be acceptable. if you hire pharmacists who can't work the hours you've hired them to work, get new one's or don't call yourself a pharmacy. You put people's wellbeing at risk. Even my UNC doctors have advised me to switch pharmacies due to the many problems. The one bright spot in all this, was a manager named Pamela, who I spoke to on the phone when I got home, she cared, listened to my concerns, called another Walgreens to see if she could get it filled there, called me back but couldn't get it transferred, no fault of her own, she's a gem.

The credit card machine is unbelievably slow and Aries is quite a rude little broad of a cashier. Reviews for Walgreens lately and even at this location should be a reflection of who they should and shouldnât hire for something as basic as a cashier.Day shift has more reasonable staff it seems.Just go somewhere else in the evening because these kids arenât trying to care about customer service skills in any job someone somehow decides to hire them for which is a common epidemic and employers are obviously very desperate because it shows and thatâs not good for business anywhere. Cerebral fortitude and maturity just doesnât exist much if at all with that age demographic (under 25).Just go elsewhere that your business is appreciated or visit here before 2pm.Problem solved.
