I wanted to say thank you to Jennifer, the manager at Walgreens, for her help during my checkout today. She made sure I received my reward bucks, and went above and beyond explaining everything clearly and ensuring I didn’t miss out on any savings. Her friendly and efficient service really stood out, and I appreciate her going the extra mile to make my experience smooth and pleasant. Thanks Jennifer!

You can forget about getting a prescription from Walgreens it's never going to be done it's always tomorrow and Lord forbid you get a prescription for pain meds your not getting all of them it's not going to happen I came up short so much I had to make them count them in front of me and when I told the manager I was called a load of racist names because of my political views because of my shirt saying freedom isn't free what kind of person talks to people like that would fire everyone there and remove the store rebuild it and find good people the believe in conversation and kindness over ignorance and hatred to run the manager is the problem there

I'm here to say that I have had issues with Walgreens. I typically refill and shop at the Fayetteville Rd. Location, but have done so at this Sharron Rd location as well. ALL Walgreens have the same lousy phone system, long lines, and stressed but hard-working staff. I do think the Pharmacist and staff try. Some are rude, but by far, I’ve found them helpful and pleasant. I believe Walgreens corporate needs to hear from the customers more, and maybe something will get done or change. I need to speak to the pharmacist sometimes, but I don't want my pharmacy tech or anyone filling my prescription to be distracted by price questions, shots, and unnecessary interruptions; I want everyone to have what they need as quickly as possible. Walgreens needs to fix its entire approach, clean or update its bathrooms, have more people answer phones for the pharmacy, and train or retrain staff. As consumers, we must treat everyone in the store with respect and behave professionally. Give each other grace. That is the only way we can make this better.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. They never answer the phone, no matter how many times you call. The employees are consistently rude and seem like they don't want to be there. On top of that, the drive-through is always closed, which is incredibly inconvenient.
To make things worse, their app is completely useless. Every time I try to refill a prescription, it never goes through—what’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work? This place is a mess and desperately needs new management. Avoid this pharmacy if you can!

The only employee doing her job is the seasoned African American woman at the register. She always speaks and greet you.When you enter the store and is extremely polite and professional. I believe she told me she works part time and I told her that when she leaves this door I will leave as well. Everyone else is lazy and trifling. If you go on Sundays, you are really in for a joke as this staff is the worst

tldr: don't use this pharmacy!!! Use any other pharmacy!
Literally the worst pharmacy ever. You can't get them on the phone - either their godawful automated system simply won't let you get through to a person or they just won't answer. On the RARE occasions you can actually get through and talk to a human, more than half the time they just can't help you. Don't bother trying to transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy either, other pharmacies ALSO can't get through to them and if they can, they're told the prescriptions are on the way and then they never get sent. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The pharmacy at this location doesn't answer the phone. Called 3x just to verify my prescription, was put on hold and then they allowed the phone to ring, ring and ring, no one ever answered the phone. Hire more staff and pay ppl their worth so that customers dont have complain and write reviews as such.Do Better Walgreens Pharmacy! I will be prescribing to a mail order pharmacy for 2025.

Ive had so much trouble when coming to this store for simple communication, timely and ACCURATE idea of pick up expectations. The phone service is god awful, from the AI phone operator making it an impossible task to talk with the pharmacy about more complex situations, to 40+ min wait time on hold. The pharmacy and techs don't give reasonable wait time but if they do and you can't wait another 30 mins - an hour, you might as well not fill any prescriptions, because next time you come back they'll tell you the exact same wait time, even after a full day to get it done. I had to wait an extra 3 days with no update on a prescription and on the assumption that was an ample amount of time to take care of it, they then proceeded to take 2 more days each time I came in to check about it after, without contacting me, to find out that last day there was no supply of my med that needed to be ordered. AFTER my last current supple ran out. These are things people need to survive, and they may be overwhelmed often, but they NEED some kind of transparency in getting people their medications, at that point the drive through and front doors might as well say "nice try, theres a CVS across the street." I shouldn't be scared to walk inside the store for fear of breaking down in tears to not get IMPORTANT medications when I need them.

The pharmacist on the phone has weird attitudes or tendencies. I told her I need to call back because I had an important call, and she became upset because I had to leave and refused to answer following phone calls for 2 days. It makes no sense. They answer and hang up. Mind you, nothing unprofessional from my end was done. This is unacceptable behavior and customer service.

This location blatantly ignores all cars in the pharmacy drive-thru lane. I pushed the call button four times for service. It rang each time but no one answered. The fifth time they “claimed” I’d just rang the button and wouldn’t serve me because they were closed despite the fact that I had been waiting before closing time. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems here but I’m frustrated enough to now move our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Hopefully there’s one around here that cares about all its customers.

I've been 3 days trying to refill my meds. There's always a problem. Stayed on hold 30 minutes today and still got nowhere. On the corner of happy and healthy my foot!! This location is crap

Came for my 3 yr olds Covid and Flu shots. The pharmacist was already scared to give her shots (fearing her normal toddler reaction) and then after giving her the first, he almost refused to give her second shot bc she was crying and moving. Terrible experience.
