I went to the drive thru to pick up a very important medication. The person at the window was extremely impolite and unprofessional. He was rude and inconsiderate about my medical needs. He turned his back and moved on with his business like my needs didn't matter. I wish they were trained to deal with humans. A pharmacy is not the place for people to be so inhumane. I would rate this location zero based on my recent experience. I hope they can evaluate themselves and improve their services. I am not trying to be mean, I'm just being honest. The service at the pharmacy is unacceptable.

0/10 recommend this location. Required 6 phone calls in a 3 hour time period to get a time sensitive medication. Every time I called the answer was different: insurance issue, not insurance issue, out of stock, etc. The answer I kept getting was to call back in 30 minutes. Customer service at the drive thru was terrible. The technician didn’t even talk to me or look me in the face. Pharmacist was fine, somewhat answered my questions. I would not recommend going here at all costs.

I think it is a pharmacy that has very poor quality in terms of service and customer service, I came yesterday after leaving the hospital with my sick child and they said they had sent the order to this pharmacy and that it would be ready in 20 minutes, when I arrived there was a long line and at 8:15 pm when it was my turn she told me that the medication was not ready, that she didn't know when it would be and that the pharmacy would close at 10 pm being that it is open 24 hours. After waiting more than 45 minutes she told me that it was still and I had to leave. I arrived today around 9 in the morning and the person who was there told me that only one medication was ready, that the other would be ready in 30 minutes, I told her that I have been waiting since last night for it to be ready and even today they continue to tell me the same thing, she said she doesn't know about last night. I had to leave with only one medication and come back later for the other. They have terrible service and I'm not the only one who thinks that, after I left another person told me the same thing.

I wish I had read these reviews before sending my much-needed prescription here. They had my prescription all day and sent a text that said they were resolving an insurance issue but that “no action was needed” on my part. When I came back at the end of the day with my insurance card, they handed it right back to me and said there was no issue but that my prescription was not ready and that they would text me. No rush, no urgency, no interest in me as a human being whatsoever. I will never ever use this pharmacy again.

For years we have just grinned and bared it. But tonight was the last straw. No matter what time of day you come there is a significant wait to pick up prescriptions. Tonight was the second time we tried to pick up prescriptions and had to leave empty handed because the wait was over 40min+. Do yourself a favor and get your medications transferred anywhere else.

I only utilize this location for emergencies because they have a history poor customer service and long wait times. Being I was in an emergency I called to have my rx transferred that morning and was assured by the person on the phone (I assumed wss a PharmD) that the rx would be ready this evening. I arrived at the drive through and was told by a very rude girl that my Rx was rejected, couldn't be filled, would cost 700+, etc. Because I work in healthcare I knew she was brushing me off because she didn't want to deal with it or maybe she was upset I rang the call button 4 times because no one answered. Either way she was rude and dismissive. I came in and spoke with a nicer, prettier tech that took the time to escalate the situation to Maggie the PharmD. Maggie made it happen. She corrected what needed to be done and I was able to get my medication to relieve my cluster headaches! If Walgreens actually reads these PLEASE acknowledge Maggie and the tech and the counter with a bonus, raise, promotion, kudos, pizza party, what you do to celebrate great employees! For the nasty chick at the window she needs to be retrained in customer service or even fired for allowing people to suffer because, in her words "I'm so ready to go home".

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If you need a Rx within 6 hours take it somewhere else l. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever. Just absolutely terrible!!

First of all, I understand that people are busy and doing the best they can but this pharmacy was dishonest from the start. My 6 month old needed medicine for breathing treatments and this pharmacy was the only one that had it in stock in the area. Since we needed it urgently we sent it here although this is not close to our home. When I called it in they said it would be ready in 90min so we headed over and worked to kill the time. When we got there they said it still wasn’t ready and it would be ready in an hour or two so we continued to try to kill the time. It still was not ready. We went home. I called back 3 hours later and was on hold for 20min before the call cut out. I gave them another 3 hours and called back. I finally got someone after being on hold for 40 minutes and he told me they could give no estimate on when it would be ready. He told me if he didn’t have it done by end of his shift in an hour and a half he would leave a note for the next pharmacist to do it first thing at the start of her shift. It is 12 hours later and STILL not ready. Again I get it if you’re just, but be honest with your customers because I would have had another pharmacy order it in the time we have waited.

The single slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Never been out in under 30 minutes. Mind boggling
