I made an appointment for flu and Covid shot on Friday 10:30am for me and for my mother. I could not take my mother so I went to get shots and when I got there I waited for few minutes and someone came to window and I can help you. I approached the window and told the lady that I made appointments for me and myself and could and I like to get shots that appointment time is not wasted. She goes we cannot give shot and your mother has to be here for this time slot and you need to come back. I told I am here and I can’t come back. Well here attitude was well make when you can come back but we can’t give you any shots at time with an attitude. Mind you that there was no waiting to get any shots and standing behind me to get shots. As customers for Walgreens for last 20 years this to be very rude and disrespectful. So, I went to down the street at Durham pharmacy on Fayetteville street and got my shots with 10 minutes and switched my prescription to them along with mom and rest of the family. Walgreens need hire and train employees cares about customers and patients.

They closed at 6pm and didn't notify me I wouldn't be able to pick my photos up. Their listed closing time is 10pm. If you can't stay open then close your doors for good.

I don't like leaving bad reviews for anything, ever. I usually go back and forth in my head trying to justify the situation and only speak up when it's absolutely necessary. Being kind, respectful, and cordial to others is also something that I take seriously because I want to treat people like I want to be treated. With all of that being said, I must share my bizarre experience here.I picked up some bottles of nail polish which according to the app, were on sale. In the nail polish aisle, I noticed that a bottle had been opened and a good portion was missing. I'm unsure how that happened exactly but I put it in my cart along with 3 other normal polishes. When I got to the almost 1/2 used polish during checkout, I asked the sweet and kind cashier if I could purchase it for cheaper. The polish totals $10.99, in which she along with another cashier said I could pay half that price. I didn't think it was worth paying over five dollars for polish which was missing a large portion. The new manager (they get one each month it seems), came up and nonchalantly said he'd have to throw it away. I was thoroughly shocked by that and then asked if I could pay maybe a dollar or so since they were tossing it out because it's used. The kind cashier then said, I'll see what I can do and the manager again said that he had to toss it. SO YOU THROW ITEMS AWAY WHEN CUSTOMERS WISH TO BUY THEM? IT'S BETTER TO TRASH PERFECTLY FINE MERCHANDISE WHEN SOMEONE WANTS TO BUY IT FROM YOU? I continued to be checked out while the polish stayed on the counter in front of me and was not disposed of. I don't expect people to act like Disney characters, but the way that the manager kept adamantly saying to throw it away while looking at his phone was like something out of a skit. Nobody, except the sweet cashier cared about the persistence of tossing that item when I wished to purchase it, which would thereby make Walgreens a profit. I understand that there are rules, regulations, and protocols that must be followed, however, they were willing to sell it for half at 1st but then changed. I thought that being respectful and kind would illicit the same response from others but I'm wrong. I find myself having to prepare mentally for highway 54 establishments. Thank you to that lovely cashier who tried her best. I'll stay away from that Walgreens as long as possible. Inflation has prices out of control but merchandise is being tossed so casually. Lord help us all!

Pharmacy techs need an attitude adjustment. Impatient and Rude to customers even though they are the ones making the customers wait. Customers are already sick and in need of medication. Have some empathy. Don't spread your misery around.

This location’s pharmacy is the worst. Not only do their ATMs stay out of order but the pharmacists have no consideration for the customers need to their medication. They’ll move incredibly slow because at the end of the day the customers need the medication and not them so they know we’ll put up with it. This is my first time trusting Walgreens with my prescriptions and it’s my last. They did very poor and didn’t care. And I still haven’t gotten my prescription!

This Walgreens smells so bad. I think they may have mold issue. I have never been in a store that smelled so bad in my life.

The current pharmacy "operations manager", who I believe is actually a senior pharmacy technician is disrespectful over the phone, and has a disgusting, condescending attitude no matter how polite I was as a customer. I've worked in healthcare also, and I never treated my patients that way. Please do better and stop meeting stereotypes that make us all look bad.

The staff is nice but the corporate pharmacy practices leave a lot to be desired. I had to switch to another chain because Walgreens' corporate policy is to wait until two days before a medication is due before they check to see if it is in stock. I have a medication that is hard to get and for several months in a row, I had to chase all over town and even other towns to find it, resulting in as many as 3 days without my DIABETIC medication. This unacceptable. Also, they don't answer their phones so it is difficult for another pharmacy to contact them.

I am so happy with my experience with the Walgreens employees at this location. From Pharmacy to Photo - every employee has attended my needs and made sure I was completely satisfied with my products. This is wonderful this Christmas season to have received such great service. Thank you all!!!
