“I had a watch that was over 30 years old & needed a refresh. It that had stopped ticking, & the silver band & face was scratched.
When I got it back from Reeds it looked like a completely new watch. They brought it back to life. The face of it looked amazing & the silver had so much shine I couldn't believe it was the same watch. Their customer service was also great when I left the watch & picked it up.

“Mr. Robert Pearson of The Clock Depot is wonderful. Absolutely 5-star, and I could not have had a better experience. I sought to purchase a particular high end clock radio that I had long coveted, and I learned that The Clock Depot carried it. Mr. Pearson welcomed both me and my teen daughter into the store, and he showed us around a bit. While I understand that The Clock Depot offers extensive online shopping, it's such a treat to be in an actual brick-and-mortar store! We received such exemplary service. I strongly recommend a visit just before any given hour so you can enjoy not just the wonderful, thoughtful service, but so many spectacular clocks ringing in the hour with chimes and bells. I will add that Mr. Pearson called me to let me know when my item came in, and he had set it up for me to see it work before I paid. Moreover, he gave me the most competitive price -- significantly better than ANY online vendor, including that horrible one that a plutocrat named after a South American river. Don't give that guy your money. GO TO THE CLOCK DEPOT INSTEAD!!! You'll thank me if you do.”
