“Came here after reviewing a few different watch repair places. One reason why we chose here is it was open on Mondays. We needed some watch batteries replaced and their prices seemed reasonable plus they did it was you waited. The main door remains locked until they let you in so there's a measure of safety you feel while being inside knowing the main door is secured while being inside. The staff is nice and the gentleman who replaced my watch batteries was very careful to not damage the watches while repairing the batteries. He was honest enough to mention he couldn't fix one of the watches due to a stripped screw, so he deferred it to a watch repair gentleman coming in the following day. We left the watch overnight and picked it up the day after. Sure enough the watch was fixed as promised. He even compounded the added work into our price so we didn't have to pay more just because of this small issue. Felt like a decent repair shop, thank you!”
