The truth is that I am very disappointed. My parents, two people over 70 years old have had their bank accounts blocked. No one in that institution has been able to explain the reason for this lack of respect that has now lasted almost 2 months, much less provide a solution.

Very bad experience. I was waiting for more than 25 minutes and with appointment, the associate was not kind and when someone asked about my appointment he just answered she can wait … I was wasting my time when He finally attended me he started talking bad about other customers.

After waiting in the drive line for about 10 minutes, I was told by the cashier that they basically only work with businesses in the drive through (that's not on any signs or labeling anywhere). I had to go inside to withdraw some money from my account. So I had to go in and wait in line again. After waiting in line like 10 minutes for 2 cars, couldn't you do that small favor? Come on man go the extra mile, don't waste your customers' time.Update and seeking clarification. I purchased a vehicle from a used car dealership in another state who purchased it from Wells Fargo (who repo'd it from a customer). I have been given the run around for about a week now trying to get a lien release. Being told to call a phone number, but not having an account number for the loan, being told I had to fax documents, then another employee telling me I could have simply emailed them the docs (and saved an hour of my time at not needing to wait in the branch to speak to someone). All of this information was obtained through a labyrinth of getting transferred from rep to rep and department to department on the phone, then waiting in the branch at the office. And ultimately I was told I would have to wait 10 days to receive the lien release, which to be honest is pathetically slow (if I provide you the vin, and my mailing address and send in all the docs, why can't it arrive in half that time?).Wells Fargo generally has friendly employees, but no one seems to know enough about the internal department structure to be able to give straight answers or have the ability or concern to actually solve people's issues in a timely manner.

The company I work for uses Wells Fargo. Overall they are great but this location specifically always makes things more difficult and I’m not sure why, other locations like the one on N. Duke street or the one in Carrboro are much less difficult. Also, when there’s change back and being given don’t complain about a coin shortage because you’re not giving me rolls of coins, which I can get because it’s on your doors, all the change I get wouldn’t equal a roll of each denomination anyway. You should be giving change back as that’s the only way to get MORE coins back in circulation instead of sitting in your coin separator, I understand if it was more then what is allowed in regards to rolled denominations, but it’s change and we need that to put back into circulation! You all are a bank and should know this. Wanna give a shoutout to Parker though! He’s always been pleasant.
