Wells Fargo is not my bank. I had to enter the place to help a friend of mine. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. I would not consider switching to Wells Fargo but I have to give them credit for being nice to us on the day we went in.

Received very poor service at branch #0067421 today. Called Branch Manger who was nice and apologized; however, the service manager sided with teller. Filed a formal complaint with complaint department. The is the second time I’ve had this situation happen. It’s time to move all of my accounts, including mortgage, to another bank with better customer service. If I could give a negative I would.

Very friendly staff and easy access to tellers even during a pandemic. Drive thru was quick and Kineishaly threw in a treat for my pup. Thanks for the great service!

I've had so many bad interactions at this branch. I recommend finding a more communicative and professional bank - but this branch especially is a bad establishment.

Saturdays they take for ever thru drive thru... I have been on line for more than 30 minutes. This is ridiculous!
