After the worst experience at the Fenton store with employees who weren’t raised right, the staff at this store was amazing to us. We purchased a hand soap/lotion set and realized it was the wrong fragrance after unwrapping it at home and the Fenton store refused to let us exchange it. I went to the Durham store to see if they could help and it was no problem at all. The Fenton location is much closer to me but I’ll drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way for better customer service.

Amy is wonderful and truly customer service oriented! I appreciated her attention and great suggestion to try the strawberry cocktail mixer! Will be returning for more! Not the same experience as other locations around.

I’m gonna have to go back to the store and thank the assistant who helped me pick items for my Thanksgiving turkey! First turkey I have ever made and she told me what to do. My family couldn’t get over how it tasted and how juicy it was. Top notch customer service!

William Sonoma never fails to impress me with their incredible selection of kitchen gadgets. From innovative tools to essential appliances, this store has it all. I can't help but fall in love with their amazing collection of kitchen knives - they are an absolute must-see! The quality and functionality of their products are unmatched, making every cooking experience a delightful one. I'm already counting down the days until I can get my hands on some of these fantastic items for my own kitchen.

Returned an item and have to wait for the gift card over email that hasn’t come an hour after the return. They had the right email, so I guess I’m leaving before I can use the credit.

The services at this store is very unprofessional. One of the staff forgot to give us receipt of a purchase, and when we try to return something, they refuse to accept the return because there were no receipt. And their only solution is kept repeating the words that they must have gave us the receipt without try to find any other solutions to help us. Have purchased thousand of dollars at this store and very disappointed about their attitude.

So I ordered a gift for my boss two weeks before Xmas, and as of today it still has not been delivered. This is not a company that has a lot of competency in managing an e-commerce website and I would be very careful in ordering products from this company for the holiday season. If you do not have the ability to tell your customers that items may be out of stock when you order and pay for them, the only conclusion that can be reached is that they have no problems taking your money and putting their problems back you later. Be very careful!!

Everything is just SO DARN expensive. I bought a small gift set of seasoning rubs. I figured it was like $20. It ended up being $90!!! Yikes!

I have shopped at Williams Sonoma for years, prob over 15 years and I have never been treated at poorly as I was today. The manager and a lady named Raquel(maybe spelled that wrong) we're so mean from the beginning of them knowing I needed to do a return. I'm not sure if it's because I don't look like the typical ppl that shop there or maybe because I had on an "ugly Christmas" sweater. When I walked in and told Racquel that I needed to make a return, she just stared at me for a couple of seconds, and then said "why" dryly, I said I didn't like the milk frother as much as I thought so that's why I was returning it. She said "well did you use it" and I said "yes that's how I know I didn't like it as much as I thought I would." She told me a manager needed to take care of it. So when the manager came over she also seemed a bit annoyed at my trying to return a equipment and told me the same thing. If I use the equipment it cannot be returned. Which seems strange especially since I called ahead to make sure I could make the return and checked before I bought it to make sure. I understand not being able to return food products but how can you not return equipment if it's been used but it needs to be used to know if it works. She said her general manager would make a one time exception but I couldn't do that again speaking to me like a child! She also pointed out that "we are not a used product store so we need to destroy it that's what you can't return it " also something I know from working in retail before.

I love that store. When I go for one thing, it is inevitable to go out with several other things. This liquid soap and moisturizing hand cream is simply... WONDERFUL!!
