I have taken all my vehicles to Yearby's since he opened his shop. Always excellent service, the problem is corrected the first time and is always done in a timely manner. He always quotes a price for the work, doesn't proceed until you understand the cost of the repair. He has never charged more than he has quoted. Great shop!

These are the mechanics that make people not trust mechanics. They do not investigate the issue at all. They shoot from the hip with a diagnosis, wait to see if you raise any questions, pressure you to have them go ahead with the repair, leaving the issue unresolved.
My friend brought her car here twice. Once to get a shaky feeling in the wheel looked at and diagnosed. The guy came out, looked at her car and said it was the tires which didn’t urgently need replaced and she approved that so they went ahead and charged her almost $1000. 4 months later she comes back because the shakiness returned and they said it was the bearing and she approved that. While they were relaxing that, they went ahead and decided to replace the lower control arm which didn’t look to be problematic. They charged her extra money without getting the repair and extra cost approved. When she asked about it, he said “well you needed it so we did it”. This wasn’t a repair that legally needed to be done mind you. He just took it upon himself. When I asked why her permission wasn’t sought out, he said, I’d be happy to put the old part back on but she needed the part. I said the issue was that you didn’t reach out for her permission and he repeated, I’d be happy to put the old part back on. We’re both women and it’s a widely known problem that automotive professionals intimidate women into repairs, lie to them about what’s needed, and then bully them into a growing bill. This is what these people do.
Save yourself the trouble and go to High Tech right around the corner. They’re honest, they’ve never lied to or screwed me over and when my last car was beyond being worth repairing, they told me they wouldn’t feel right taking my money and that I should put them into another car and then they gave me advice on purchasing that car.

I was overcharged. I explained the problem; apparently, not believing me, they got the wrong part . . . and they must have charged me both for obtaining the wrong part and the right part. My car was in the bay for 20 minutes and they hit me with a labor charge of nearly $400. Sadly, I thought I could trust these guys from past dealings. I did not check what others would have charged until later: the *dealer* would have charged less, and two other garages would have done the labor for about half what they charged me. I won't be back.

Customer service was like non existent, and how did you manage to break my door lock button during an inspection? Plus you didn’t even mention anything or apologize. I came because you guys had great reviews, not really sure why.

My grandmothers rims were severely scraped! They tried to say it was not them and took zero accountability, although thankfully I always take before and after pictures. This finally forced their hand, although they were not apologetic at all about the whole experience they caused my grandmother and treated her as if she was a nuisance to them. They tried to fix the rims but eventually just made it worse, will be taking it to another shop, not going to even bother with these guys anymore. Highly suggest people take their business elsewhere, these guys have the worst attitude, which is especially unacceptable with elderly people.Service: Tires

All I can say is, if you are looking for great quality service for your automobile, then Yearby's Auto & Tire will handle your maintenance/repair needs. The professionalism and service is superb. I have gone there twice within a week for an alignment and a wheel bearing issue (that was repaired by another shop, but still had an issue). Let me just say, that Yearby's did an excellent job on my alignment and explained/showed me which wheels were off and what they did to correct it. Now the wheel bearing issue, that I have been dealing with for all of 2022...well, I wish I would have found Yearby's when this issue first came about, because they diagnosed the problem and let me know why I was hearing a humming/roaring noise....long story short instead of getting the wheel bearing replaced (which would cost me more money over time) it was best to replace the wheel bearing knuckle assembly, which would save me money in the long run.... I am so thankful for Mr. Yearby and his staff, because they took care of my issues and might I say the prices are very reasonable. Professionalism, Customer Service, Quality, Knowledgeable, and thorough diagnosis. I would give them 5 stars everyday and will be a repeat customer.If you are in need of automobile maintenance, etc....Yearby's Auto & Tire is the place to go!!Services: General repairs & maintenance
