Clearly an expert in her craft, she identified and addressed all of our concerns regarding several failed repairs and more than fair acceptable options for replacing my 2ct diamond ring with an equivalent or upgraded piece. Thanks Andy for amazing experience and excellent service.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the jewelry repair team at Zales! My mom’s anniversary ring is a very sentimental piece, and it needed some careful repair. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated it with the utmost respect and care. They kept us updated every step of the way, and when we picked it up, it looked absolutely stunning—like the day she first received it. The craftsmanship was flawless, the turnaround was quick, and their kindness made the whole experience extra special. Thank you, Zales, for bringing such an important piece of our family history back to life!

I encountered an issue with an item purchased on line. However the store manager Andy quickly assessed the situation, displaying a thorough understanding of the item in question. She offered a clear solution and efficiently executed it, leaving no room for confusion. Her ability to solve the problem with such ease not only resolved my issue but also turned my experience into a positive one. Had my ring since 2018 had problems with it every year.. ASM Jessica Mann saw all the problems in the system and understood my frustration and helped me with no problems. I only shop here because of people like her that cares.

Jess took such good care of me when getting my engagement ring serviced. Kind, knowledgeable, and patient as I worked through concerns about shipping my ring off to be worked on. We bought the lifetime insurance policy to cover any and all issues including sizing, regular cleaning, inspections, etc. We just got the Spa Treatment for the first time for our rings after 5 years and they did a spectacular job! I'm so impressed and happy with the results! The staff was great and very informative! Thank you all so much! You guys are the best!
