Tracy and signature signs are so professional and kind , very knowledgeable , they helped with my design and install of my new decals for both my company vehicles , they show you what it will look like on your model vehicle with software pretty advanced clever way so you can see what the decals will look like , also got signs made and front plates that match the decals , I highly recommend signature signs , im going to be back for more projects and ideas to advertise and look forward to doing all my business with them at the same time you are supporting a local business that is so important these days , supporting local business’s also provides jobs for our local folks and their families . Signature Signs did an amazing job for me! They have excellent communication and a really quick turnaround. I had them cut 6 vinyl monograms to put on Yeti cups as a gift. Each monogram was cleanly cut and ready to transfer. They came through for me with gorgeous cut monograms!! Cannot recommend them highly enough for top product and customer service.

Tracy did a terrific job on my small project, which I’m sure he treated the same as he would have on a much larger order. He’s very attentive and efficient, and my sign was ready the next day — at a great price!

We are a local business that has used Signature Signs for several projects. We hired them to install a sign in front of our building. It took 8 weeks longer than they told us it would take to install the sign. In just a few weeks after they installed the sign it started to lean. We called them and they can to fix it. A few weeks later it was leaning again. This time they refused to fix it. Now the sign is completely on the ground. I would not recommend this company because they refuse to stand behind their work. We have had two other sign companies come to look at repairing the sign and they were shocked at how bad it was. We are looking into legal action at this time.

I went to signature signs to have a car wrap done. I spoke with the owner who was friendly and seem to be competent to deliver the wrap I wanted. He told me it would take about 2 weeks for him to draw up the design and he would get back with me. After 3 weeks I called back to check and see how things were going. He had nothing to show me and said he would have it in a few days. After another week I called back again. This time I spoke with his wife who apologized for him and said that he was not finished with the work yet but would get back with me in a few days. I never heard back from them again. I felt they were completely unprofessional in wasting weeks of my time. I cannot comment on the actual work they do because I haven't seen any. I hired a designer off of the e-Lance website to do my design. Then I hired TPM out of Greenville South Carolina to print and install my wrap. Both e- Lance and TPM did a great job. They were fast, friendly and best of all, it ended up being a much better price than Signature Signs had quoted me.
