I have a ‘18 Volvo that has only 36k miles & there is really no true dedicated Volvo dealer garage in town that caters to Volvo owners like I had in other locations. I’m used to having loaner cars & drop in service. Volvo’s appts are now one month out. Auto plus takes me immediately every time and their prices are 100% fair. They don’t find multiple things to fix which weren’t broken. They fix the problem the right way the first time for a fair price and it’s done RIGHT! Auto Plus is one of the best neighborhood garages around. I highly recommend them for everything even on my foreign car. Call ahead if you want to make appt and ask for Tiffany. Tell them Robin referred you. Honestly, I won’t take my car anywhere else. They are courteous, explain everything & will repair your vehicle right the first time. You will NOT be disappointed with Auto Plus. What a gem we have in Eastover NC!!!

The staff here are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and amazing. We had a couple warning lights come on during a long road trip and stopped in here minutes before they closed. They did engine diagnostics and helped us go through some potential causes, then explained and fixed the issue and sent us on our way. 600 miles later and car is still doing great!. Highly highly recommend!

Misunderstanding on the cost of brake job. Hard to believe Lafayette Ford (much closer) would have been $40 cheaper, but it’s true. Very nice people though.

I stopped in to have my clutch replaced and it was done in a timely manner I will say that. However, I was extremely overcharged considering I supplied my own clutch kit. Not only that but they failed to bleed my clutch. The people were nice but that’s about it. I wouldn’t Recommend it.

I was driving through this area from out of state and experienced a tire blow-out on 1-95. Not ideal! I had the tow truck take me to this place nearby. Though they were backed up with lots of big jobs, they got two tires ordered for me, installed, and got me back on the road within probably two hours. And it was reasonably priced, too. Thanks a lot, guys!

I called ahead three different times, once a week for three weeks, trying to find a time and day for me to get my brakes changed. I get told to come in on X date around 1, they don't do appointments and I understand that. The man I spoke to told me he wanted to make sure they were able to get the parts for it and whatnot, that's fine, I wasn't upset by that. I get there and the receptionist tells me the same thing, they don't make appointments. I said I knew but the guy I spoke to told me to be there around 1pm. She told me there weren't going to be any bays open for the rest of the day. They're also closed on the weekends. I'm a student, so dropping my car off is not an option. They need to orchestrate a system where things like this don't happen.
