was supposed to have a fridge delivered saturday between 10-12. called at 2:34 and said " we have no drivers, they called out". which we then rescheduled for monday between 10-12, still no show by 5pm. called to check and get an estimation on delivery and no one answers, horrible services, if your in the customer service field, the DO YOUR J0B, call your customers.

They sent a worker to my home in Jan 2022, he did he testing n found it needed to be fixed. They denied he ever came here n told me she was the manager. She would know. Then said I have to wait till she has a loaner for me while it gets fixed.After having to change my Debit card, they didn't call for a payment, she sent it directly to a collection agency.DO NOT USE AARONS IN EDEN. ID OF GIVEN A 0 IF I COULD.

Matt and Chad were professional, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They even double checked if the washer and dryer set I wanted could handle my king sized comforters to ensure I was getting exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this easily accessible, visually appealing location.

Said I could pay off by October 14 and get same as cash financing. Went to pay off balance today and their system wouldn't take the payment. So now they've made it so I'm stuck in that high interest lease. So don't trust them about same as cash financing because they will make it so you are stuck in the lease so they can get all that interest.The washer and dryer I got from them are great.

I pay my payment every month but I still get calls saying I’m behind or I need to make a payment. Got a call from Adrianna Tuesday saying I only had made a partial payment April 1st and I needed to make another payment. I called today, which is Thursday and talked to a different lady(the service manager) who told me I wasn’t behind, I had made every payment on time and I was ok until my next payment. Keep track of your payments and keep your lease agreement like I did and have. The lady I spoke with today was very kind and understanding. I’ll be glad to get this paid off and behind me so this confusion will be over and done with! The last name on my lease is Morgan if anyone in the stores should want to look it up for themselves.

Horrible customer service. Called to get a PS5 and lady on the phone told me that everything was good to go. Drove from 30 min away and when I get there, she tells me that I couldn't get it because I have a account with another store. She also tells me that she meant to call me and let me know but the phone was ringing off the hook and she didn't have time. When I walked in the store she was literally sitting there not doing anything and the phone didn't ring one time while in there. Very inconsiderate.

We have been purchasing from Aaron's for 15 years. This time we got a sectional that is from Ashley furniture. The decorative seams are coming out and one seam has busted. Paying 3000 for a couch that doesn't even last until it's paid for is ridiculous. Thought we finally had this issue taken care of. Account to be closed and cushions to be ordered. But now they have taken another payment. Supposedly it was voided but it's been 48 hours and I still do not have my money back. I am pretty sure we won't be dealing with Aaron's anymore after this.
