Todd is very knowledgeable of vehicles and their parts fitment and didn't just give a blanket yes, we have it but instead said "We have a couple vans with windows that might fit, if you do not mind coming in, we'd be more than happy to verify one of them will work." I appreciate honesty like that above anything else. I highly recommend Hales to anyone in need of a reasonably priced car part.”

My truck mirror decided to stage a dramatic exit recently, leaving me with a view of precisely nothing on one side. Dread filled my heart as I envisioned days of waiting and a hefty mechanic's bill.

They didn't have my specific mirror in stock – apparently, my truck is a rare breed – but within minutes, they'd not only located one but had it en route for same-day pickup.
