They never acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They left my husband on hold for over an hour today and the bank manager walked out (I guess for her lunch break?) While the line was 7 people deep and just left the one teller (who is actually a banker) to deal with it. This banker was supposed to call me back about fraud charges last week and didn't because she said it's been slammed. I understand that but then she turned me away because there was a line backed up behind me. Someone stole my card and $450 from my account and no one at this bank seems to care that it happened or try to help me get my money back.

Worst experience I've ever had. I cashed a bunch of rolled coins. The teller assisting me tried to short me $300. Whether on purpose or on accident I don't know. The machine also broke and they didn't know how to fix it and didn't have another in the building. Will not return. I'd rather drive somewhere else.

Have had great experiences with this bank. The manager directed me to an interest bearing account that paid much more than my regular savings. She took the time to listen to me and now I make 5% instead of the regular savings rate.

Since truist took over bb&t it's been disappointing. I use the ATM since I can only get there after hours. The ATM is often out of service, was told this morning it will be down for a few days. Since I can't make a deposit I may have checks bouncing with no alternatives. I'm looking for a new bank

They don’t greet you and they don’t ask how they can help you. Both banker and manager were in their office and didn’t greet anyone coming in. Even if they’re busy, it’s common curtesy to at least greet and ask how they can help/guide you. This was my second visit to open a business account and in both times, I didn’t get serviced. Way to treat a New Customer.

I have been banking at this branch for a long time, the tellers know me by my name, and are always friendly to me. Anytime I've needed to do something other than deposit a check, the bankers in the offices have always assisted me.

Fantastic folks at this branch. They may be a large corporation , but they operate like a small locally owned bank. BJ Case has been fantastic to work with and I highly recommend him and this location to anyone looking for a better banking experience.

i’ve been with this bank for over a year now and their customer service is outstanding; even with me being a young adult, they treat me just as anyone else who are also customers there! very friendly and conversational service!

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. They will get you anything you need to get you in the door. Once you have an account you dont matter anymore. Sorry this is unacceptable customer service. If you want great and friendly service go to first citizens bank. If you want a bunch of rude jerks that dont care about you or your life then bb&t is the place for you!

I just visited this location for the first time today. I came to get a $100 bill exchanged for one that would work in my cash machine at my job. They clerk heard me say where I work and he replied, "well when I need your help y'all never help me!" To which I was stunned. He then asked me if I had an account there. I do not because I live in another city I just happen to work in Eden. He said he could not simply give me change for my $100 bill or give me a new one. Worst bank experience ever! Do not bank here! That's why I have SECU. Way better customer service and they are always nice to me.
