The few times I have been there, there is one employee who is really unprofessional, and very unhelpful. They never have any screen protectors for the phones I have, and don't know how to get them either. It's really aggravating to have to go to a whole different city to get a screen protector. The last time I went in this one, they didn't even have any phones out to show on display, and I was looking to buy a phone. They need to get some people in there who take pride in their jobs and wanna actually work and help customers instead of ride the clock just for a paycheck.

Good service that picks up anywhere. It took me forever to find a Network that would pickup at my house. Their plans are very reasonable as well. Thanks Boost.

Daniella is VERY rude with a terrible attitude. She is definitely in the wrong profession. Customer Service is not her element. I'm sure this is not the first complaint Boost has received about her.

Employees are always very helpful and patient. I have never had an issue with any of them and they are always eager to solve any problems I have with my phone, service and/or account. 10/10

Daniella at this store is very unprofessional. The store has two iPhones advertised. One is the iPhone 7 for 49.00 and the other is an iPhone sr or se for 99.00. I called to see if they had iPhones in and she told me yes. I get there around 3:30 she ask me what color and then proceeds to port my number. Afterwards she told me my total was over 500 and I advised her that’s not what I wanted. She then calls her boss Ken, or Kenny who advised her to call the porting department back and have them stop the process or to port it back. At 7:15 she advised me there was nothing else she could do and she had done all she could. Daniella told her manager that I asked for an iPhone 11 and then couldn’t afford to pay for it, but in all actuality I did have the money I just wasn’t gonna spend that much on the phone. I advised her that it wasn’t professional for her to imply I didn’t have the money. They basically were talking about the bonuses they had accumulated this month based off of sales. To me as a customer I felt that’s why I was given the pricier phone. After advising me she couldn’t do anything else and me telling her that was not acceptable, they called the police on us. My husband had an open carry so the other employee yells this to the police. The police then wants to know our race. We not only got put out of Boost Mobile in Eden but the police came out their cars and ran up on my husband with their hands on their gun. This could have been a whole lot worse with my husband being killed bc he utilized his rights to bear arms. We had been there since 3:30 with his gun holstered till 7. Just goes to show that the employees wanted to cause problems for me and my husband bc they couldn’t do their job. Well after going home on my birthday and getting my phone provider on the phone with boost porting department I had to pay 42.00 to activate a line of service that I didn’t have, so they could port my number bk to my carrier. Happy Birthday to me! I tried to file a complaint with corporate but of course you get the run around. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Their more worried about the bonus for the month then the customer. Can someone forward this to Corporate please they need to know. Daniella and Kenny needs reprimanding.
