Wanted to give a shout out to Cameran. He was very helpful and made my shopping experience pleasant.He greeted me with a smile and answered my questions about product purchase. This kind of customer service makes me return to a particular store.

Visited CVS today on Van Buren in Eden and was met with a smile and a nice greeting. I was helped as soon as it was my turn and the pharmacy tech got everything I wanted and rang me up working in my CVS care points and that helps out as much as things cost today. Great experience !! Thank you CVS.

I have been with this pharmacy for 30 plus years, and I have always received wonderful service. The Pharmacist addresses me by name when I approach the counter , which shows me the special care and attention that they give to each and every customer that they encounter. It has been and,still is,a pleasure to depend on CVS for all of my health needs !!!

I always shop at CVS and I take Henry, my Standard Poodle, with me. We are both very welcomed when we come and the entire staff treats us with smiles and care, often going out of their way to help with things like UPS shipping and printing packages. I also have my vaccinations there.

CVS Eden NC: More Than Just a Pharmacy
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the CVS in Eden, NC, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they have everything I needed, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I was initially drawn to the pharmacy for my prescription needs, but I ended up exploring the store and finding a whole range of other goodies. From snacks and drinks to beauty products and over-the-counter medications, they had it all. And the best part? They even had a decent selection of greeting cards. Who knew you could find the perfect card to express your feelings at a pharmacy?
The staff at the CVS in Eden really made the experience enjoyable. They were always willing to lend a helping hand and even offered some friendly advice. I was particularly impressed with the cashier who helped me find a specific product I was looking for. They knew the store like the back of their hand and were able to point me in the right direction without any hesitation.
Overall, I had a great experience at the CVS in Eden. If you're looking for a pharmacy that has everything you need and a friendly staff to boot, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

Attempted to call pharmacy and after 15 plus minutes on the phone 2 different times listening to CVS music, finally just hung up and chose another pharmacy.

It is unbelievably difficult to use their refill system. Multiple times their system has caused issues and I've had to go back to my doctor to get her to call them. I can see on my medical account where refills are approved but CVS system says denied. I hate that my work insurance is connected to CVS. Complete hassle!

I spoke with Nicole in the Eden CVS pharmacy today Inquiring about my medications and this young lady talked to me and treated me with the upmost dignity and respect of any CVS employee I have encountered. Definitely need more caring individuals like her working for this pharmacy organization. Thank you again Nicole for you help. I am sincerely thankful.

Shival is an excellent pharmacist. He is very knowledgeable and gives drug reactions that aren't even listed on the medication bottle. He's always letting us know the side effects at every pickup even if it's for ones we have been taking for years. If it wasn't for him, a lot of people wouldn't know what side effects to look out for with their medications. Best CVS pharmacist compared to other CVS pharmacies and other drug stores!
