Has been my insurance company for many years. One of the few businesses that actually put the customer first still. No complaints, always friendly, has always worked with me on any situation. From wife's ex-husband dumping 2lbs of sugar in the gas tank of my truck to a partial payment, to being T-boned by teenagers in a stolen car that fled the scene on foot. As long as they're open, I'll be a customer.

I have served customers at Mike Long's office for 7 years, and I think the access to our knowledgeable staff is what sets us apart. Like any relationship there is the good and occasionally the unpleasant, but my job is to do my utmost to help you navigate and understand your policy.

I have been with State Farm for a little over 4 years now. I have always dealt with Charlotte. Charlotte is an amazing person to deal with and is on top of her game. Never has she ever denied me any type of help. And when I need something, any updates on my policy, any endorsements, quotes, whatever it is I send her an email and she responds back with the most professionalism I have ever dealt with. I continue to be with State Farm because of her. She’s very professional helpful. I could go on all day and speak about her but I expressed to her in emails how wonderful she is.. the best
