“My husband and I went in to T-Mobile last night asking a bunch of questions because we didn’t know what to do we had bad service with Verizon and wanted to switch. Hands down best customer service they gave us. They went above and beyond to help us before closing in less then 30 mins and stayed until almost 9:30. I love my phone love the service and definitely recommend the employees. I know the one name was Kaleb but never did ask for the bosses name. They are about helping there customers. I couldn’t thank them enough for everything literally. 10/10”
“I'm just here to give Becka a 5 star review because she is absolutely amazing I have been a long term customer with Cricket and within the past few months haven't been able to get any help through the 611 customer service number but Becka at the Eden store location is knowledgeable she has the BEST customer service, she does a wonderful job multi tasking to achieve numerous goals for multiple customers within a short time span. I honestly can't say enough good things about Becka if you have an issue she will do what she can to resolve the problem and it's a relief to get such good customer service when a lot of companies are struggling in that aspect so if you are with Cricket or thinking about going to Cricket I do recommend it but I highly recommend visiting Becka at the Eden location for any of your phone needs. Honestly Becka needs a raise and should be training all the Cricket employees!”
