The manager of this store is AMAZING. I can not put into words how kind and helpful she is. I went to the Sally’s in martinsville and had A terrible experience and the employees were so rude so I visited this location and she got me everything I needed to fix my hair. She was so sweet and helpful. She even called me later that day(which was Christmas Eve) to make sure that everything worked out I have never had customer service like that before, I called her again today because I purchased something from another Sally’s and she helped me and answered every single question I had . It is hard to find good employees like that and I couldn’t recommend her or her store more.

Ivy is such a great associate to have on your team. She is kind and patient with kids , answers any questions you have goes above and beyond and has a great attitude :)

My Sally beauty supply experience at your Eden location was the best Sally beauty supply experience that I have ever had. It was also the most meaningful for me and my family. I walked in and was so kindly greeted by two young women and they stopped everything to help me. I had a difficult task for them… My grandmother had died a few days prior and I wanted to do her hair like she used to have it prior to her dementia.I showed them her photograph and they pointed me to many different products and had lots of product knowledge and efficient customer service. Because of these women—whose names I unfortunately did not get (except for one, Tori) helped me to make my grandmother look beautiful for her funeral. I cannot thank them enough. I have returned to this location and again saw Tori who remembered me and asked how everything went!!They are beautiful souls and I am so grateful for the experience that they provided. Very friendly and was helpful in answering my question about color. But what I was told to purchase for the color I was trying to achieve didn't happen. Very disappointing. I could have stuck with the box color at Walmart and received a closest color than this.

I was very excited to know that the staff here is friendly and listen. I needed someone who knew more about natural hair and they did !! Lexi is very knowledgeable and Crystal the manager is a great manager. Madison is very good at recommending various nail products and Tori checked me out quickly and was very friendly as well. I lioved the previous staff but the new staff treat me great as well.
