I was in this store 2 weeks ago switching to T-Mobile. I was very impressed with how the store manager and all the staff worked together as a team to get my service up and going. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my new service. So glad I made the switch.

Switched from Verizon to T-mobile about 2 weeks ago and Alicia was very helpful, nice and easy to work with in switching over. Love my new device and plan and it's so much more reasonable in price. I'd highly recommend.

One particular salesman was impatient, irritable and unpleasant. Jamie, on the other hand, was friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Jamie if you visit this particular store.

They require masks without having them available and contrary to NC laws. I have many vaccine, and even the cdc says it’s safe to be without a mask. It’s highly irritating and a waste of my time.What is the point of getting the vaccine when you can’t even go without a mask. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY WHEN YOU KNOW REQUIREMENTS ARE CHANGING WHY WOULDN’T YOU PROVIDE MASKS.I am fine following rules, but you need to provide the opportunity to follow them.
