Tri-City were wonderful. They got me in quickly, quoted me a very fair price for replacing my Xterra’s windshield and back window, and got the job done quicker than they had estimated. They even gave me a lift. I highly recommend them for glass replacement.

They had my windshield the next day. Mind you I called at 2 in the afternoon the day before and they were still able to get my part in by 8 am the next morning. Great service. The tech was great and the lady at the desk was the most polite person ever. Thanks so much for the job very well done. I'm extremely pleased with the service and will be back in the future

Very disappointed. The old lady answering the phone was extremely RUDE and demonstrated poor customer service today when I called to get a quote. Do better!!

Took ten minutes to glue a plastic peice to my window and charged me 25 dollars.. Eden glass would have done it for 10 bucks!! Went to the wrong place, wont happen again

These guys were awesome from getting someone to come out to get an estimate to replace the glass in my trailer windows to them calling with installation day and the guys that came out to do the work were amazing . Definitely will use them again

I scheduled an appointment to have a windshield installed for my corvette. The windshield installation is too recent for a long term review. During the install somehow the cup holder cover got damaged. Without hesitation they offered to pay for it. Which I was happy about. I got home and looked at the pieces I had left on the cup holder cover. They were cracked and not in the best of shape. I believe it was just in poor condition and got bumped or something. I decided to just make the repair myself, even though they offered to repair it for me. I was AMAZED by their customer service. Its hard to find a business with integrity. I'll use them again and refer them to anyone that needs glass replacement.Service: Auto windshield replacement
