My experience at this dealer was great. The sales rep Douglas Garner was awesome, easy to work with, and applied no pressure at all. I went in with a difficult requirement in order to purchase a vehicle and the dealer made it happen. The price negotiation was fairly typical with a couple back and forths but that’s just part of the game. The dealer needs to make some money and the customer wants to save some money. A little negotiation should be expected at any dealer. Ultimately, between Doug Garner and the sales manager, we agreed to a very fair trade in value on my car and got to the price that I needed. There was no pressure applied and the entire transaction was smooth and quick. I am very happy with the entire experience and will definitely be recommending this dealer and Doug, to others who may be shopping around

We had an excellent experience at Tri-City Kia. Paul Catoe was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, nice and personable. The finance manager was great to work with. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Tri-City Kia.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience yesterday at Tri City Kia! My husband and I drove from Raleigh to purchase our car. We called and spoke with Malika, who was SO kind and very happy to meet us when we arrived. We had informed them we had a specific amount of time to be there due to needing to get back to Raleigh.Paul helped us from there and was not only an absolute pleasure to work with, but made the whole experience FUN! He was kind, funny, and so very knowledgeable about everything. He made sure to show us every single feature of our vehicle and even sent us some videos so that if there was anything that would need further explanation later, we had it. We did some "dividing and conquering" to save time when we asked about some extra things like floor mats and he got my husband to one department and me to another.We spoke with Imran about an extended warranty and he was a joy to work with as well. He did not pressure us into something we didn't need, only explained all of the options and what might work absolutely best for us, having 2 children and a family vehicle. We are very happy with the extended warranty we walked away with.We will absolutely send more people over to Tri City and will be happy to make the drive again next time we purchase a vehicle! Don't walk, RUN to go see these fantastic people!

We're from east of Raleigh, was a 4 hour commute in total and so worth it.Very fair price right off the bat when I called unlike the dozens of other dealerships quoting all kinds of extra fees and addons.Buying process was the fastest I've ever been through as well. Very nice people.

TriCity sales Department is the only thing good about this dealership. The service dept sucks. They tell lies and are not concerned about making sure your vehicle is fixed. I had rodent damage on my telluride took my truck there on August 17,2023 they kept it until October 12.2023. They would not cooperate with my insurance company at all. They wouldn’t send pics or anything. Everytime I spoke with them they would lie and say that had sent my insurance all the info. Lies lies lies . My insurance had to send an adjuster to the dealership to get the proof and pics they needed of the damage. After it still took themAnother month to finish the car. They never called to keep me updated on the progress. I always had to call. I had to actually make an in person visit to find out if my truck was ready. When I finally picked it up there was still a light on in the suv that wouldn’t go off. TriCity thought I was gonna leave my vehicle there so they could find the problem. I was.not leaving my vehicle another day. They would have kept it another month.When I got the vehicle back they were to sorry to clean it up. Had spider webs and dust everywhere. Not to mention my vehicle sat there for 2 weeks before they would look at it to find the problem. I had to call the general manager to get that done . The general manager acted as if I was getting on his nerve s. So needless to say I never called him again about any of my issues because he made me feel like he could careless. I’ve been dealing with this service since 2019. Now I see why the turnover is so high. They can’t keep good help. I wish I knew a higher up to call about this service department because they are horrible!!! Their communication skills are the pits they will smile and look you dead in your face and tell you a bald faced lie. Purchase a car but for heavens sake dont take it back for any service Issues!!I try not to complain because I know somethings take time but this place has made me sick!!Maybe this review will get their attention and make them more concerned about their customers.

When I say I can't think them enough for making sure I got my dream vehicle, they are soooo good, I felt like crying when I left. They made sure I was able to drive out w my new vehicle... I give this place a thousand thumbs up! I had other dealerships BUT this was the best 1 I dealt with.

i test drove a 2010 ford escape, VIN #: 1FMCU4K3XAKB81366Stock #: 237205B. carpets were soaked from rain leaking from somewhere, powertrain light came on and started rpm'ing real hard. clearly they aren't checking their used cars, buyer beware of their used vehicles.

Do not trust anything they say that isn't 100% in a signed contract. They're unreliable. I bought a 2023 Kia Telluride X-Pro Prestige over the phone and they didn't have the decency to point out that it didn't come with floor mats (in a $60k car after taxes etc.). Upon inspecting the car at delivery I called my sales rep Douglas Garner who promised to get me floor mats at a modest discount and then didn't follow-through and stopped responding to me.

Want to say a litl something about this gentleman & staff at Tri City. We’ve been doing business with them for about 8 yrs now. Everyone here has always been down to earth and and very helpful in our vehicle purchases. Douglas Garner & Jeffery Hempel worked with me yesterday on our new truck purchase. They really know how to treat people & give you a family like environment. I like to stay local to the community as much as possible, we have definitely built a great relationship along the way with great service & fellowship from each one of them. If you looking for a fair & not a pushy sales staff you have found it. Thanks to all “THE TRI CITY STAFF & MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR WHAT YOU DO FOR US” no one better in the biz.?

Took my car to have inspected, it failed because of my Tires? I talked with to mechanics that do inspections. They said it would have passed with a 2. My tires were a 3 and a 4. I've called the dealership asked to speak with the service manager he was unavailable, left a message and still haven't heard from them. Oh yeah they were ready to sell me some tires. NO SIR. NOT THIS CHIC

Stay far away from this dealership! Worst customer service you can have! Steve the manager is a sexist pile of sh**. He will only talk to men and will not negotiate or talk to a woman unless her husband is there. I bought a brand new wagoneer. They messed up the paperwork and I had to bring my car back for a detail because they couldn't get to it.. when the detail guy was just being lazy. I'm having issues with my car and they said bring it in and drop it off for 2 days and then we can get you a loaner! Sounds great! Good thing I don't have kids to haul around. So I called Kernersville Dodge they got me right in and with a rental.. go to Kernersville dodge and stay away from here.

I purchased my used Kia optima here 2 years ago. I was told I could assume the factory 100,000 warranty but that was a lie. When I arrived at the dealership to see it, to my surprise, there were large scratches on the passenger doors. I spoke to the salesman several times before but they failed to mention that until after I got there. They were so nice in telling me why they deceived me about the appearance of the car and the warranty. They gave me a good deal on the car just to get rid of it and I continued to bring it here for service and recalls. it was further away than another dealership but I took it there since I purchased the car there. Recently I needed my oil changed and had a recall so I took it back. Also needed an inspection and they came back and told me that my tires were .02 inches less below what the limit is. .02 !!!! That's about 1/64th of an inch or 1/2 mm!! At the same time, They quickly showed me a quote for new tires and said I had till the end of the month to get it reinspected and I wouldn't have to pay the full inspection fee. I told the tech I would not buy tires here and you won't see me here again, I didn't care if I did lose $23. Talked to my guy Tim at Greensboro Tire and he gave me a much better deal on better tires and reinspected my car for free.

Beware of this dealership. The finance department use’s horrible tactics in an attempt for you to agree to change the price from the original agreement. They are sleezy and scummy in their attempt at making a buck. The only way I was presented with the price that I had agreed upon with the salesman was by pushing back multiple times, and threatening to leave. I was then told by management that they were just doing their job. In the the end I left and was met by both the manager and the salesman at my car asking to me come back and offering me the original agreed upon price. I left without purchasing a new car, and have no regrets when it comes to dealing with their horrible tactics and sales methods. 0/10 recommend!

Jeff and Quan where absolutely wonderful. Jeff stopped me and my husband at the door to show us inventory at keep looking until we found the perfect fit. It took some time for the bank to respond but they made sure to get everything in order while we waited. Offered refreshments and made the experience as smooth as possible. 5 stars for the great customer service. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
