If I could give a 1/4 star I would. They lost a very important document that was very important. No tracking, no customer service, no help, bad service, bad post office, bad management, bad experience, not happy, bitter

I was trying to mail something hazardous to another state. I grabbed the wrong box to ship my things in. When I got to the counter, the postal worker was so helpful. She showed me the correct box and even helped me package everything and made sure it all fit and was taped securely. Super helpful and friendly.

GET RID of the Postal service!!! We have sent out over 15 first and second day letters or envelopes and NONE of them EVER got DELIVERED. 11 checks have been lost from sending them out from the Eden PO. USELESS!!!!
