Mail ran once in two weeks because of snow. Confronted mail carrier for mail, and was told there is too much to go through. They could get a lot more accomplished if they had better communication.

I was trying to mail something hazardous to another state. I grabbed the wrong box to ship my things in. When I got to the counter, the postal worker was so helpful. She showed me the correct box and even helped me package everything and made sure it all fit and was taped securely. Super helpful and friendly.
