I have had such a wonderful experience in the Eden, NC Verizon store. I highly recommend anyone who has questions about cell plans or is thinking about switching carriers to come in and speak with Jessica. She has been so kind, patient, and most importantly knowledgeable about options and different plans. I can’t say enough great things about her! Five-star customer service for sure!

Came in on the 11th, switching from at&t because of where I am I never have service. Not even enough to send a text. A guy named Bailey Adam's helped me. The experience face to face was great and had me set up and happy when walking out the door. Until I found out he lied stright to my face. And as soon as I left poor service. They didn't have the phone I wanted and said it would have to be ordered. He never did. I had some questions about my account not reflecting what he had told me, he said he would check on it. I gave it a full week until I went back to the store to find out the last time my account was looked at was the 11th. The day I came in. And the phone was never ordered. Came in again to the store today because it said my phone was delivered the 19th and when i got there again dealing with Bailey Adams, got turned away telling me the phone wasnt there. Another associate Meg had to confirm it was infact there and so i had to make another trip down there just to come up empty handed again because he said the internet was down and there was nothing he could do.So I had to spend several hours multiple days to get everything right and it still isn't. Here it is the 20th and yea I can text now but the service here in Eden is pure garbage. Not just Bailey ether but the other girl he was with. If not for Meg Waligora, I'd return everything and go somewhere else but she is going out of her way to help me. I showed the messages from Bailey Adam's and I where he constantly lied about everything he did to my account and even his manager said I wasn't the only one. Just today when I walked in there. He was with a customer having the same issues with Bailey as I have. Then a phone call with the same problem and the woman waiting in line same. Tomorrow I have to go to Reidsville just to get my phone and account fixed and that's some bad service. My boss at work and co-worker warned me not to come here but I didn't listen, I'm wishing I did now.
Update- I have to say, the customer support is on point. When they say you are valued, I believe they mean it. Robbie King himself reached out to me and did exactly what he said he would do. Even called Meg his All-Star. I only wish I had went to her first. I'm very pleased with the service I got. I highly recommend finding Meg Waligora and stay away from Bailey Adam's and his side Jessica.

Want to recognize and thank Bailey for his outstanding customer service today. Bailey exemplified his services from the time I pulled up until the time we left. He met me in the parking lot as I was getting my child out of the car, very apologetic that the system was down. He asked me what I was coming in for today and I told him. Regardless of the system being down we were still waiting on one more person of our party to come so we sat and waited. Once we were able to get in He met us very enthusiastically and very proficient. Bailey was very knowledgeable of every question we had one our purchase. He showed my mom everything she could do with her new watch and she felt very confident when we left. Bailey was truly a breathe of fresh air in this location. Hope he stays around for awhile. If you visit this location ask for Bailey you won't regret it.

I bought a phone from the Reidsville store from Ashley and did not have a good experience. I wanted an iPhone and was suggested an android. I came back in to return it and was told I could not. I came back in and worked with Jessica and it was the opposite of the first experience. She was wonderful to work with and saved my opinion about Verizon.

Came in today to pay my bill and Monte paid off my old device and got me a new S25 with a tablet. Everything transfered and he was so detailed explaining it all. I would recommend Monte 10/10!
