I'd rather die than go here (frankly, we could easily be dead bc of serious drug interactions & other contraindications that nobody mentions). Drug store chains should be OUTLAWED due to their alliegence of $$$$ & negligence as a result. I worked as pharmacy tech in various chains & states for many years. I NEVER SAW WHAT THESE PHARMACIES HAVE COME TO BE. They are mini supermarkets FIRST; offering Rx meds is now treated like a "bonus" option. This locale gets 3 stars bc of a SINGLE employee that actually CARES about the patients she serves. SHE deserves 10 stars. *TY* (apologies if I misspelled) is amazing in her care, patience, understanding & going above and beyond (even for her most difficult patient, myself.)There is another female employee that HAS ZERO BUSINESS BEING IN SUCH A HIGH-RESPONSIBILTY position. WE WILL NOT INTERACT WITH HER. She has been there for years and is a DANGER TO THE PUBLIC!!!!! I won't include her name, but the pharmacists & managers are DEFINITELY SURE who I am referring to.Walgreens 0 starsTY 10 stars! ✓

I've been using Walgreens for many years and this is the first Walgreens I've ever had an issue with. I called in refills for prescriptions over a week before I went to pick them up. The pharmacy hours do not aligned with my work schedule so I would have to be finding a new Pharmacy anyway. However, since I had a change of insurance, they chose not to fill my prescriptions. They say they called, however I have my call log and I have no calls that do not correspond with the generic voice messages about my prescriptions being ready for pickup. So they were dishonest about that. But not only that, since when does Insurance be the determining factor of prescriptions getting filled? People have the option to fill them out of pocket, the pharmacy can return those to stock if people choose not to. But instead, they just chose not to fill my prescriptions and putting me at risk for withdrawals from a medication. They had zero concern about any of this. There was no call to advise of the insurance, but had there been, I still would have chosen to fill my needed prescriptions and pay out of pocket versus being without. These are physician prescribed medications and I don't think there's anywhere in the bNorth Carolina Board of Pharmacy where they can elect not to fill prescriptions based off of insurance. Oh, and they had the audacity to say that my voicemail was probably full which didn't allow them to leave a message. Even though I was able to show them that I had received other voice message (thanks to visual voice mail) including the day that I went to pick up my prescriptions. Such a disappointing experience with this being a new transfer of pharmacies, especially when I have been a Walgreens customer for years.

Knowledgeable staff. Short wait. Recommend for immunizations and all pharmacy needs. Knowledgeable about all different medications and insurance.

This Walgreens SUCKS! They have no sense of urgency for medicine that keeps people alive and then lie about when it’s coming in.

in the last two weeks I have had prescriptions from doctors office sent there and when I go to pick them up I find out the pharmacy is closed because they don't have a pharmacist. when I went back the next day to get prescriptions the tell me I will have to wait 3 more days before I can get one of them because they don't have it. Will not be using this pharmacy in the future.

Walgreens pharmacy is terrible. It was so much better when it was Rite Aid. Everytime I go to get my refill on my medicine, they always mess it up. It's never the same and always filled different than the last refill. The pharmacy is a mess and the staff there down right hateful and rude. Melonie is the only pharmacist that's friendly and sweet. Rite Aid PLEASE COME BACK!!!!!!

This is the absolute worst drug store you'd ever wanna see, the staff is beyond rude & they make it clear no matter how much business you do with them , your a problem they have to address as vs a local customer. When you call it's actually hard to get a person on the line & they will often just hang up in you. They don't perform tasks which their supposed to like contacting the Dr for you or literally much if anything they don't have to. Honestly this dump doesn't deserve 1 star and if you're smart you'll avoid it & if you currently are a customer I'd ask you to consider switching to a place that's normal as they are not.

Leah at Walgreens in Eden is Just wonderful! I was super nervous about getting my covid vaccine and she was just great! Leah was knowledgeable, proffesional, put me at ease, told me about her own experience and just made the over all experience (that I was dreading) a good one. I highly recommend going there for any flu or covid related things they make the scheduling for appointments super easy and convenient and like I said Leah just did a great job with giving me mine.
