Absolutely terrible experience. We bought a TV and a wall mount got home to find the mount was missing all the screws. So we had to drive all the way back to the store to exchange it. Then when we finally got home again and opened the TV, the screen was completely cracked not usable.
When we took it back, the staff casually told us they already knew it was cracked that’s why it was marked down. No one mentioned that when we bought it, and they clearly weren’t going to unless we came back. That’s dishonest and unacceptable. Another lady at Walmart said the exact same thing happened to her.
We were polite and just asked if they would price match a new TV since we’d already wasted so much time. The answer was no there is nothing we can do. Then when I asked for a customer service number or manager, the team lead Ty pointed to his name tag like that somehow solved everything. When I clarified I meant the store manager or general manager, he said her number was at the top of the receipt but that was just the store number. No apology, no ownership, no real help just attitude.
Ty was, dismissive, and acted like our inconvenience didn’t matter. We went in being understanding and left completely fed up.

I give 3 stars because I see they're trying to clean up a little. They are usually really run-down looking here. Homeless people used to hang out here asking for money and wouldn't take food if offered to them, there used to be mattresses and trash at the entrance of the parking lot, and trash all over the place outside and inside. However, the bathrooms are always nasty, and they rarely have what I need in stock (random stuff), and the paint counter NEVER has anyone available, the electronics department always has only one associate working the whole department. They need new managers to pull this store together. I've worked for 7 years at a Walmart academy store, in Lexington, NC, so seeing this store fail in so many areas is an eyesore.

Tall white guy with glasses and long hair that was a Walmart associate did not wash his hands after using the bathroom I guess this store doesn't require employees to wash hands

Newly remodeled inside. Some things were difficult to find, but just like going into any new store, you just have to find where it is at and remember where it is for next time. Overall, the isles were pretty decent. Prices were decent.
