I would like to say that I have never had a problem with the Eden Branch. I've been in there several times for different things with my account. And was always helped. Never rushed me and they helped me with my problem. Even when it was Covid going on. When Covid was going on it was a hard time with any kind of place. I was just shocked with some of the reviews I couldn't believe. That's why I had to leave a review because I have dealt with this bank for years and have never had a problem with this branch.

Tried to open checking and savings account this morning but the representative with the bank was not able to do this for us so we went to the Danville branch and had no problems at all. My suggestion is to stay away from Eden branch until they train their employees better

When you have to read the directions to do your job..... RidiculousWe had to waste 3 hours of our time for a simple task. I recommend Danville VA branch over Eden.

We had an appointment, for a notary, at 1 pm. We arrived early, 12:45 and went inside, was told to go wait in the car, that the door should have been locked. The guy said he would come and get us in about 10 minutes. At 1:10, we went back to stand AT the door, in case we had been forgotten At 1:15, we tried calling inside the bank, the original guy (sitting at the first desk, right at the glass, where he could see us)came to the door. He told us the person's appointment, before us, ran long. We could come back at 2:30....or at 4...although I had already explained that I had driven about 35 mins. just to get there and had to be back, for my husband to be at work at 3. He then suggested that we could go to Reidsville. I said we only need someone to watch us write our name down and stamp it...2 minutes, tops. No, they can't leave their original customer to do that. He said they would offer us the same respect, if it was us. Well, what about the respect of our original appointment time and my gas and time to come there and back, that was wasted, not to mention the kids in the hot car, waiting. I asked was there not another notary at the bank. He said she was in the drive thru and couldn't leave that position, although no one had come thru the drive thru, that we could see. I said again, it would just be my name, her name, stamp it, we are done. Two minutes, she can't do that? He said, no....you can come back at 2:30, that is what I can offer you. Not only that, as we stood at the door for 10 minutes, waiting to go in, a guy walked up to the door after using the ATM. When the Wells Fargo guy comes out (he could see through the glass that we were there), he asks the new guy what he could do for HIM. I try to get along...I really do. You don't know how much I was biting my lip! REALLY...no respect from Wells Fargo...and I definitely have none to give back! AND, just a suggestion, if you are actually gonna' have on a mask...put it over your nose. I shouldn't be able to see into your mouth when you are talking. What is even the point!

Do not go to this bank always always always count your money before leaving I was shorted by $100 and was told it was my fault because I didn’t count it before I left and was not given my money back. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Crooks will take your money and blame you.

I just recently moved from Geogia which is were I opened my account with Wells Fargo. This is my first time going into the branch in Eden NC. I was greeted by one of the bank representatives which seem to be friendly she ask me to have a seat and someone will help me shortly. That was odd because no other customers were in the bank. While waiting two customers came in and was assited immediatey. I'm still sitting and waiting she never came over and said anything else so I walked out and upon my leaving the rep said thank you. The treatment was very un professional and I'm wondering if I was white would I have been treated differently. Everyone should be treated with respect regardless to the color of their skin. If you are going to judge people, judge by their character and not their color.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever had a account at. I was in the hospital for two months for cancer treatment and when I returned home there were fraudulent charges on my account and when I contacted the bank to have my money returned, they made me feel like a crook. So do yourself a favor and don't open an account with these blood suckers, they will only take, take and take.......please!!!
