Trell was great today! At first when I got there he said they didn't have the part. He called another store and they said the same thing. Trell took the time to go back and check a second time. He found the part I needed behind other boxes! Thank you Trell!

Bought a rear wiper for an SUV and asked them to install. I know these are hard to install, but the guy had absolutely no clue. I can only assume he is new. The manager came out and tried for about 20 seconds, told the worker what to do, and then he drove off. Worker tried to do what the manager had told him, but still could not figure it out. Needless to say, I returned it. This place has really gone down the past few years. Management issue? Maybe Advance will have some more capable person who can do it, or at least a manager who will do a better job of supervising the obviously new employee until the job is done instead of just driving off.

Juan, I was so amazed with his customer service, it's to the point I only look for him when I enter
