This hotel is overpriced, but they are able to do that because it’s the only decent hotel in the town. The front desk receptionist Christina was awful she has an horrible attitude and speaks down to people. Some The reason she’s rude like that is beyond me, but I have a feeling that I know why! She doesn’t belong in customer service! Interaction with the other staff members was great.

The service is very friendly. Highly recommended.Rooms: Rooms are always clean. The bathrooms are very clean and large. Lots of room to maneuver around.

First im being over charged. Then im in this room and the Heat fan is extremely loud. I want to sleep..... ? Update after calling the provided number. I was told that, "yes the fans are loud, that's what we have". It's clear that im not welcome at this motel. After driving 300 miles I'm wrong for wanting I peaceful night of sleep. Thank you for showing me how much you value my kind.Rooms: Loud fans and malodorous carpet. I really wanted to come back.......

My stay at Hampton Inn in Edenton, NC, has been exceptional. Never have I come across such an amazing group of people. I felt as 8f I were surrounded by family. Everyone in there goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable home away from home.

The staff was combative when trying to check in. My employer booked the room and said the actual card holder had to come and sign me in. Says it was policy. Except I've stayed at over 10 other Hamptons and did the exact same process for booking. Nobody else has heard of that either when we asked around. I woke my boss up at midnight ( luckily he was on this job site with us ) and he had to physically come down. Do not recommend, there are Airbnb options in the area cheaper, friendlier, and frankly nicer.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Edenton, NC, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, and the room was easily accessible. However, I encountered an unexpected issue with the hot water pot in the front lobby when I wanted hot tea. Despite informing the front desk, the response was a suggestion to use the microwave in my room, which was not the level of service I expected from the Hilton brand as a loyal customer.

Unable to hook hilton points to the room do to booking through third party, all well. If every other hotel over the last year ( I travel full time for work) let me hook points up. In addition I am unable to charge stuff to my room I have to pay cash, not card cash. Again only this location have I ever ran into these

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights on the 3rd floor and had a very clean and quiet room and it appeared to be updated not that long ago. Everything was great including friendly staff and a good breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Let's just say I stayed at nicer hotels for half the price. For 200 a night, you would expect to walk into at least a comfortable room. I paid for a king and ended up with double beds. The person at the front desk said that was all that was available even though I booked it online. Compared to the other hotels in Edenton, this would be considered a 5 star hotel.
