  Ted went above and beyond walking us through the insurance process, coverage specifics, options, etc. Was very nice as a first time home insurance purchaser. He also spent time just getting to know us beyond the standard small talk! If I could ever afford a second home, I'd go back!

  Extremely incompetent office. They screwed me over on my policy. They had the chance to do the right thing and didn't. Go elsewhere, don't even think about using them for car insurance. Switched to Geico and have never been happier and treated better by an insurance company.
