I completed an online reservation for a one-way move. Somehow, I was dispatched for a in-town move. This caused some confusion at drop off but was able to work things out. Thank goodness. As I understand these type of things can cost you upwards triple your move.

Great customer service. Easily rescheduled my reservation. And on pick up day, had the truck pulled out and ready to go. Very friendly, highly recommend.
