One Customer Service Rep and as many as four customers. Meredith multitasked everyone to be handled in a very timely manner. I think she had two Verizon techs on two different phones, and was interviewing inbound customers to keep things flowing.

Hands down, Meredith is the best Verizon rep that I have ever had to deal with. If not for her helping to deal with the techs over the phone, I would have walked out and not done the phone upgrade or line transfer. You all are very lucky to have her.

Meredith M of Edenton NC helped me out! She has awesome customer service! She knows exactly who I am every time I walk through the door. She greets everyone that comes through the door and is such a humble and patient young lady! She knows her stuff! Great energy and never hesitates to help anyone! I literally watched her help 4 people all at once all by herself without missing a beat! She was fluent, timely, respectful and straight to the point! She rocks!

Both service representatives were friendly knowledgeable thorough. Changed phone, moved all my data from old to new phone, and changed plan it took less than 15 minutes but the service representatives need more help. It took about 45 minutes before it was My turn for help
