“Sonya, the Postmaster of the Flat Rock, NC 28731 Post Office has got to be one of the most knowledgeable, kind and understanding employees we have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. She assisted us with a PO Box, mailing address, delivery suggestions and so much more. The USPS should be very proud of this longtime employee! Thank you Sonya.”

“The East Flat Rock, NC post office is a small rural office and they have weird hours of operation which makes it a challenge to do business there because they close at 4:30 and are closed at lunch, but the people are great, theres hardly ever a line and they receive packages from ups & FedEx. They even deliver the packages for them 7 days a week!”

“This is my go-to USPS! I often come in for the self-service kiosk, but with the occasional times that I needed to ship a package over the last 4 years, I've had nothing but support from the postal workers behind the counter. They do a really great job, and all of my packages go out extremely quickly here!”

10 Ridge Road, Dana NC 28724
“I had a terrible accident and have been unable to walk. The wonderful clerk at the post office took time to gather my mail and my packages and bring them to my car. They have the best staff I have ever seen at a post office. I have lived all over the USA. She is the best. I can never thank her enough for what she did.”

1352 Charlotte Highway, Fairview NC 28730
“This Post Office employs some hard working people. We love our delivery person Denise, she is simply the best. When we do go to the physical office Debbie is always patient with us and lets my nephew tell her corny jokes. Sure things can happen with the mail and mistakes can be made, but most of the folks here are always helpful and kind.”

“Dear K. McBride from previous comments. Being lazy is ordering 10lbs of dog biscuits online so that you do not have to carry and unload them from your car yourself....We know what you're doing....”
