Ok u were at a 5 star until after coming in to update our phones, (samsung 8) to the new phones samsung 24, told no problem trade your phone in and you can get for no charge. Well now that the phones have been upgraded and turned in seems the phones had to be worth at least 35$, and that should of been explained, so now I'm stuck with a 2000 bill.

Absolutely the worst employees on the planet. Rude. Appear to NOT be trained. Spoke with the Manager on Jan 20, 2024. Total idiot and rude as I’ve ever seen. How does these people stay employed???

The woman that helped me ( i cant remember her name!! I wish i did because that girl deserves a raise!!) was SO nice ! Helped me purchase two apple watches and replaced a damaged product i bought at another store earlier that day, and also informed me that I could be saving money on my bill due to me being active duty. She was very personable, helpful, and just a great person. She was highly educated at her job and this was the best experience I had at AT&T.

I’m a customer switching from Verizon, and I can definitely say that the change has definitely been favorable. The staff here are very intelligent and the service is amazing. Who knew I would end up with so many perks??? I not only received discounts for paperless billing and automated payments, but I get employer discounts.

OMG Jasmine was an angel for us. We called about 6:50pm I need a phone today. She waited for us, which I was surprised. We were upset about another carrier. She was so pleasant and answer all my questions. we didn't feel rushed even though it was after hours. she was so patient. Congratulations to ATT for hiring her! She definitely made the difference`

Second time in a week I have tried to go to the store and it was closed. First time it we arrived at opening time & sign said closed due to short staff. Second time my son arrived before us and he said he watched an employee sitting in the store get up & walk in the back as he was approaching the door, it was locked. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Poorly ran store and definitely no way for AT&T to keep customers.

The store door was locked even though they were open. The clerk did not let me in the store and gave no reason. I asked a question about the phone I recently purchased there, and she told me I had to go to a website; she didn't even try to answer my question. Very unfriendly and poor customer service. Somewhat typical, but worse than previous visits to this location.

Not a full two weeks, with AT&T and you’re trying to charge us $231.51. My husband went to the the Friday after thanksgiving and the young lady told him that he could purchase new phones, he paid $250 something to switch to your service. When he returned the next day to a purchase new and was he would have to wait 90 days. Your representative didn’t even discuss plans/services! I’ve spoken to two different representatives, at the call center, regarding this matter but never of them were of any help! The first time we received a bill, the person could not the information saying that neither password was correct, she was not helpful at all. Never received a bill with any changes, I had to request that from the the first person I spoke to, the second time I called. This whole thing, makes me sick to my stomach! Being threatened that it’s going be referred to a collection agency. Again not once did AT&T send a bill!

excellent service , everyone greets me with a smile and are very very helpful!!
