I miss BBT.I MISS THE LOCAL feeling ?. Now you have to email, or wait for a call, if you miss the call and call back you leave message and won't return your call. I am talking about a mortgage loan. You got to deal with Greensboro. Sure do miss BBT.

Building is really clean and the counter staff nice, but on a FRIDAY one person behind the counter and one banker... Seriously?! And the drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I could barely park. It's a privilege for tou to hold my money, there are other choices available. The only person worth anything here is Tisha. After I waited for 44 minutes she stopped what she was doing and helped.

If you would like a bank that still charges you for "maintaining" your account while having a constantly broken ATM and a non existent customer service after banking hours than this is the bank for you.Several issues with their banking app not working correctly and a staff with condescending and passive aggressive attitude will be leading me to close this account and find another financial institution.Look for another option before banking with them, be wary.

Was literally told to get my life together by the bank teller when I went to pull out some cash inside. I first said savings, when she double checked that I wanted it from savings, I changed my mind and said checking, actually. The young lady literally told me to “get my life together”… You see how much money people have, why would you make them feel bad that way. You’re not a comedian. Maybe get your professionalism together.

Just observed a phone conversation between my disabled grandmother and their fraud department. My grandmother who can barely get out of bed was just told the only way she could get this recurring charge disputed and get the issue corrected is to come into the local bank, after a mere 10 min conversation.
