Gave me a great deal.but mislead me on features and performance capabilities of a 2023 truck. Once sign papers said they have 100 percent NO return policy so buyers be ware if you are mislead or don't like your vehicle when you get it home. They said happy to trade it back in with a loss.. kinda sketchy way to do business..

Very busy on Monday when I came for service. Had additional work identified and it was the first time I had experienced the on-line notification and approval system. Seems to work well but shouldn’t completely substitute for face-to-face explanation when additional work and expense is identified. But Jennifer was happy to take me through it and advise on next steps. Jennifer and Patti are stars! Tough and demanding front line staff role but they are THE BEST!

I do not recommend using the collision center at this place. I brought my vehicle in for some work and they didn't call to update me for 3 weeks. Then when I called I was told it would be done a certain day and I waited around several times and no call to pick up. I had to call every other day to try and figure out what was going on. I was told several different things and told I would be called back and never was. 5 weeks in and they had to bring it to another dealership for some work and said it was brought there the day before but when I called the other place it wasn't there. We went into the collision center confused and wondering where our vehicle was and the manager was extremely rude to us and made many excuses. We finally got our truck back two days after that and noticed when we got home someone from there left trash in the bed of my truck. Highly dissatisfied.

My sales team, Kash and Scott, made my long distance purchase transparent and painless as well as providing airport transportation at no cost to me. They were prepared, professional, and efficient in getting me taken care of and on the road for my long drive home. I would absolutely work with them again, but maybe arrange for vehicle transport next time!

I would never purchase another vehicle from this place. During my time with the salesman, I realized they do not care about customers' wants or needs. It’s all about sales. What a shady place for a 4-star rating. When people shop, they look for a place where they can continue to do business, but I’m so disgusted with the experience at this place. Tacky and messyI described them as devils in suitsThe only guy who seemed genuine was the finance guy who prepared the contract. He deserves to work at a better business. He’s more honest.In my opinion

called and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation! Took car and when work was completed they gave me a bill which had an additional 25.00 charge for 50,000 mile service. They had on the bill it was requested but it was not!!!! My car only had 46,332 miles on it and i did not request this service. Being on social security only my budget did not call for this extra 25.00. Very upset!! Always had my car serviced here but i will not be back!! And I will tell all my friends!! Did not rotatate tire due to wear(they said) Hope you enjoy my 25.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not have an appointment and the earliest appointment was the following week, but I needed to get back home to Florida. Jennifer was very nice and professional and worked me into the days's schedule. They replaced my windshield motor and I am able to make it back home on time. Thanks again to Jenifer at the service desk!!!

I always have a good experience dealing with Biggs in Elizabeth City. Living almost two hours away, the ladies in the service dept. try to accommodate me with appointment times. Everyone is kind and polite and the chairs are comfortable for long waits. I’ve never had a problem with repairs nor maintenance and I really appreciate the free car wash…they even vacuumed it ??? Thank you!

Well when I walked in, I did not have an appointment. I needed a vehicle inspection. The nice lady told me without an appointment it may take a bit due to others that came in. So we waited and next thing we knew our car was done. Thank you for such a great experience and customer service. Yall are above a 10 to us.

From the start, the team was helpful and welcoming. My vehicle is an extremely important part of my life and it's one of my favorite adult purchases. I was worried about the end result after it was repaired but the Buick GMC team was so helpful and I trusted them to fix it. My car looks just as it did when I first got it.

The Parts and Service Department were outstanding! I was visiting Elizabeth City for a wedding had a sudden flat tire on a stormy Friday evening. Most of the tire service businesses were either closing or were closed. I reached the parts department 5 minutes before they were slated to close. They were the only business in town that had the tire that would fit my car. Hearing my dilemma, the Parts department immediately contacted the Service Department to request the special service to install the tire so that I would be able to travel home the next day. Although their schedule was totally full, they squeezed my car in so that I could attend the wedding and travel back to my home in Virginia. Without this extra effort, I would have been forced to either remain in a hotel for several days waiting for a tire to be shipped at great expense or renting a car to drive to Virginia to secure a tire on Saturday and driving back to Elizabeth City on Monday for installation. Both options would have been expensive and inconvenient. But, because of the extra efforts of the parts and service departments, the huge problem turned into a manageable one. My Sincere Thanks! The dealership did a great job helping me with my new car and getting my payment down to where it needed to be. Kash in sales was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car that I bought. He and Scott the finance director went over and beyond to help me. I really appreciate all of their hard work and kindness. I will defiantly by another vehicle from them. They are a great group of people to work with.

Excellent experience. Rocky was extremely helpful and always answered my questions quickly and correctly. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Very satisfied with the dealership as a whole as well. I love my new GMC and will definitely come back when an upgrade is needed.
