My understanding under new management . So old reviews might be just that… just sayingJust bought the 22 “ toro , self propelled. It is amazing. They service it once a year or when I need to have it done. Put blade,oil change, filter whole thing. Or if it has problems. I was sick of buying mowers then had no one to fix them. After going through a few and waisting my money. I wanted one and done with someone to care about my purchase. I don’t want to add to landfills with my cash. And I just looked in several places and I got this mower cheaper than any on line or Walmart, or Lowe’s. I suggest you think about what happens after purchase and spend your money where you can also get it fixed.

I bought a toro zero turn at least 10 years ago..approximately 5 years ago.I had trouble starting..,,bought a new battery, replaced carburetor..the owner say I need a new starter..so I purchased one from him. It was not the problem, he would not take back..so 4 years later, I decided to replace the starter I bought from him.. hell I already paid for it..guess what.??.it was not the starter for my toro mower.. so I’m stuck with a starter that does not work on my mower.. I will not recommend this company.they sold me incorrect starter and will not take it back..

My experience: Had my push gas mower brought in for an annual overhaul. Needed new blades.. cost for everything was over $200. Someone picked it up for me. I immediately mowed the front lawn. But after 2 passes on the back lawn, the self propelled stopped working. Called Brady’s as I had just picked up the mower! They said that wasn’t something that is checked on annual check ups but that they would “take care of it”.. I took that to me “ gratis” on the labor. WRONG..was told that it was the belt and that they only sold the belt with a transmission…I don’t think so..Never again..

Very costly to do business with them. I had to return my Skill 250 chainsaw to replace the pull cord three times. Then it was very difficult to get it to startI would not recommend Brady I.had to drive de240 miles round trip and had is not cheap. Also Skill is very expensive Not impressed.

Excellent service friendly guys such a fast turn around picked up Toro zero turn mower in the am delivered back in early afternoon same day fixed perfectly it was a used mower we purchased from previous home owner so there was no issue about weather it was purchased there or not did not even ask ! Will use them & totally recommend them to anyone who needs repairs!!!!!!!!⭐️⭐️

Customer service is great. As soon as the mower I purchased arrived they delivered it the same day. Refreshing change from large corporate giants like Lowes & HD, who couldn't care less about customer experience. Helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My mother and I stopped by Brady Outdoor Equipment on Saturday May 22nd about 1:10 p.m. this means we were about 10 minutes late but we happen to see a few guys in the back and wanted to ask you a simple question. My grandfather left my mother a very nice pressure washer and the inlet and outlet parts had broken off.We stopped and I quickly jumped out and asked if I could get a bit of advice on the viability of fixing those parts. The one staff member a shorter guy with dark hair rudely said "no not without screwing it up" with an obvious distaste for taking time to speak with me. We then ask if they would like the pressure washer for free for parts and received a short no.For a company with a Christian fish symbol on both their sign and their building the attitude and behavior by the staff does not fall in line with what we expect out of this type of company. We won't be checking with them regarding any service we need in the future.
