Took my SUV here for scraped paint on the front quarter panel. A couple of the scrapes were down all the way through the paint. I have a tri color paint on my vehicle and they repainted it and it matches perfectly. I’m very picky and I seriously can’t tell where it was repainted even looking in multiple lighting situations and angles. A+ definitely recommend this place.Services: Painting

I give three stars because the work was good owner was nice but customer service was brutal.the girl in the office lied over and over would never provide information with call backs .I guess she thinks people are mind readers.She has no business handling customer service

My husband brought his vehicle in after a small mishap dented the hood and it did not open easily. The dent was taken out and the hood repainted. The locking mechanism and the release cable were replaced. We had to wait about a month to get in for repair, but in less than a week the Toyota was fixed. Even the cloudy headlights were brightened up. Good job to all. We would definitely recomend for body repairs.Services: Body & Trim

My car was not fixed properly. Instantly notice how off it was. They came out to inspect and said nothing was wrong until I started pointing out the inconsistency. They kept going back over what was previously stated trying to cover themselves. Definitely won't be going back and do not recommend. Money wasted!

Scott and his team at Cartwright's did an amazing job on my 2003 Tundra. Before I heard of Cartwright collision (by word of mouth from another auto body place) I went to two different local shops trying to get some rust spots on my roof taken care of. No one would take care of the rust spots on the roof and address my new leak. Ideally, I wanted the roof and hood painted because they were trashed from old age, lots of dry Thru car washes, and Hawaii's harsh environment. I stopped by their shop after 1 for an estimate and game plan. Scott saw no issues addressing the rust, recommended a new windshield (why I was getting water when it was raining), and decided a pinstrip would be best to take care of some of the clear coat that was on its way out. The ease of this process was very straight forward. He added me on his schedule for the following week. I must add they have fair pricing for the quality of work. A little over a week later I picked up my truck on a Friday. They washed and cleaned my truck and did a clear coat on my bad looking headlights. The pin strip color looked great and I couldn't be happier.
