Been shopping here for over a decade but recently I've had a young woman really show her disdain for me (simply because I questioned as to why they were rushing me out when they were closing 15 minutes early). The straw that broke it was this week she simply just typed in prices for items that most of them were much higher than the price of the item. I thought it was high when she gave me the total but I didn't question it because I could feel she wanted me gone. I didn't buy anything for $11.94 or $9.96 (those are not prices they have, anyway). It makes me not want to go back because I don't want to be rude and ask for another cashier. It's just unacceptable.

I shop here because of my income, but also because I believe in who this thrift store helps support -- CHKD Children's Hospital. If you have plenty of time, there's always good bargains to be found. They have a little bit of everything, from brand new with the tags still on to gently used to vintage and antique. They also have a spot where you can test items, such as lamps, to be sure they work before buying them. They don't have batteries, so if you're specifically looking for an item that requires them you'll need to take some with you. Their prices are fair; some items are minimally less than regular store prices, but others, such as clothing & curtains, are better than retail prices. You can find the best deals if you've done your research & know what normal retail prices are. On Tuesdays everyone gets 25% off on everything. They did have discount days for seniors, military, & first responders, but I'm not sure if they do that anymore, & you had to ask for it at checkout. They do not accept returns.

Stopped in, and was surprised by how high the prices are. The store was clean, but the prices will keep me away.

This pair of children's shoes, which cost $11, fell apart after only one day of wear, and the attitude was bad. Rather spend a few dollars more and go to other stores with a return guarantee.

All the shoes were 6 bucks or less and one pair didn't have a price tag and the lady said they were 20$.. and she was very mean about it. I came here because I can't afford to get a new pair of boots and your lady at the front is just rude.

This place has gotten so expensive, example: visited 3/22/23, looking for shorts, they had plenty because they were priced so high, used for $8.99, what a joke this place has become. I can go to Walmart and get new ones for $14. Way to go with the price gouging! I'll never shop there again.

Selection is nice even if prices run a little high. Staff isn't very friendly or knowledgeable.

They try too hard to compete with stores with their prices. They were designed with the community in mind they seem to have lost contact with that now they're just greedy

Tried to go this morning to donate some stuff to this thrift store (as I did the other morning) to be rudely told we can't donate our stuff until after 9 well the other day we were able to donate our stuff before 9 am. I am a busy mother you should be willing to take donations at any time especially since I had just donated 2 days ago. That's alright I'll just bring my stuff elsewhere since the lady working this morning wanted to be extremely rude about it.

I am sorry but I will never go in this store again.I am 66 years old walking is hard but I go into this store to get a couple outfits for fall get to check out this cashier yanks the tag off a short and says this is the wrong tag.its the tag that was on it when I put it in my basket. It was a tee shirt that had 2 elephants on it.elephants cause I had a friend who died and she loved elephants.I pick out shirts and pants that go together. This woman would not sell me the shirt.said it had to go to the back..well I had been in the store for about a hour putting my outfits together..i. I wasn't going to walk anymore.so I told her to take it all to the back...kids lose..I know I had 60 dollars worth of stuff. But I had to give it all back because of a 3 dollar tee shirt.sorry but this is not right..Yank the ticket off because she said tag wasn't right..all that time wasted in there and the kids got nouthing.Prices in there are way too high.and then they wouldn't sell it cause someone discounted it wrong. My God Bless herYou lost a customer.

The prices have risen to a ridiculous rate over the last couple of years, and even during the pandemic. I have seen several times where an item is marked way higher than the price seen on the original sticker. These are used, donated items that should be marked accordingly. I have no problem donating to its great cause, but to pay double for a 'yard sale' item is silly.
