The Coast Guard Exchange is a small but well-stocked convenience store and gas station located on a military base. The workers are very nice and helpful. They have everything you need and many things in stock that other larger base exchanges do not. They had many PS5s and the XBox Series-X, on sale & tax free of course!

The ladies on the gas station side and the retail side are wonderful! Just wish they did not cram all the ODU pants together so you cannot see what the sizes are (take out the repeats and order what’s missing).
