Set up sign design,checked back 2 weeks later they said the girl that designs was out and they would now be working on them. Waited 3 weeks no word went in in person still have not started on them yet. We 're checked all the stats to make sure everything was ready. 2 weeks went by called talked to the lady that was supposedly doing the signs, she was clueless on the order, well that's what she said anyway. I told her never mind I guess they really don't want the business..

This review is long overdue. The shirts Egads made back in Feb 2020 were excellent. However, the shirts were part of a fundraiser to raise money which was collected by Egads through their website. Egads would collect their profits at their normally sold price and mail the check for the remaining fundraiser amount to the fundraiser organizer.Egads owner, Marvin Bailey, mailed us a check for $714 but it bounced on deposit. We contacted Marvin and said he would mail another check which never arrived. We contacted him on the phone again and received excuses as to why it wasn't sent. Further calls resulted in voice messages that weren't returned. We texted and he said he was busy and will call us later. Well, that never happened either. In short, Marvin Bailey decided to keep our fundraiser money ($714) for himself.We attempted a few times to reach out to Marvin around a year later, but again, no response.For those of you searching Google for reviews, please use my review as a reminder to spend your money at businesses where the owners appreciate and respect their clients and not steal from them. Denying your money to dishonest businesses sends a message that maybe they shouldn't be in business.It's been over two years and I still hope Marvin sends us our money. I'm an optimist and I believe there's positive in everyone. We'll see.

Do not waste your time! After being promised a 2-week turnaround I called, text multiple times to inquire about completion. Zero response. Ran into the owner here in town SEVERAL months later only to realize he “forgot.” I was told to contact him on Monday morning as a reminder and he would get them done. Not surprising but once again….No response. I dropped off my own blank T-shirts in July/August of 2021. I was fed up and finally picked them up on JAN 25 2022 after texting the owner once again I would be coming that afternoon to pick them up. On top of all this, the owner himself wouldn’t even come up to the front to speak with me. Instead he let his employees “try” to locate my shirts. I will NEVER recommend this place!!!

Placed an order back in 2020 for team shirts which was for a charity function. Orders were placed through the EGADS website and the cost included the extra funds for the charity. EGADS was contracted to deliver the shirts and write a check for the extra charity funds back to me. The shirts were delivered but they wrote a check with insufficient funds. I've contacted the owner, Marvin, to have them resend a check or pay via paypal. After numerous attempts and over a year later, I have not received the charity funds. EGADS was aware of the charity, but I guess decided to keep the extra money for themselves. Shameful. Please be aware of their dishonesty and deceitfulness. You may want to choose another printing company with a better reputation.

It’s been well over a year since we placed our order and the original date that we should receive our shirts. We were promised 3 times that the shirts had been sent but never were. Not having to fulfill the shirts would’ve been fine if they would have refunded us our money. They did not.

I placed a group order for two shirt designs in October for my Sorority. I still haven't received the shirts. They told me on three separate occasions that the shirts had shipped (in October, around Thanksgiving, and again on New Year's Eve). I reached out multiple times via phone and email to get updates on the order...the majority of the time I wouldn't hear back. One the few occasions I did get someone on the phone, I was told I needed to speak to Marvin or I would be placed on an extended hold and then hung up on. When I would talk to Marvin, he would tell me he would follow back up with me with an update--he never would. When I asked about getting a refund I was told they couldn't because the shirts had shipped (again I NEVER received the shirts). When I would ask for tracking information, Marvin would tell me he would send it to me once he got back in the office---he never did. I also had other people within my group reach out to get an update--they received the exact same treatment. I even had to reach out via Facebook Messenger to try to get an update.Im really disappointed because Egads has fulfilled other orders for us in the past (since we crossed in 2010) and their work was good. We will no longer be using them for any designs. I have had to go through my bank to try and recover our money.

I have given them MULTIPLE opportunities to make this right and they have done nothing--no shirts, no offer of a partial nor full refund. I have had to go through my bank to try and recover our money.
