“I have to give a shout out to the guys at Expert PC for their great customer service and honesty. I brought them my laptop PC that I accidentally dropped and broke the screen and a corner of the case. Not knowing if it was fixable, they took it in and quickly assessed the damage. The quote they provided for both parts and labor was reasonable, but didn't warrant a repair--as the PC was old and I was due for a new one. Instead of trying to convince me to fix it, they advised me that I can still hook up a monitor to the PC to access the data files. Some computer repair shops wouldn't have done that, but the guy at Expert PC did! And, with that I am impressed and grateful. Although EPC didn't do any repairs for me, their integrity and honesty empowered me to take the time and write up this review! I truly recommend this repair shop to anyone!”
