I came in and got my oil changed yesterday and the customer service was beyond compare. The owners are the nicest couple you will ever come into contact with, the automotive technicians they have that carry out the services are so fast and respectful. Its not like the chain places that have their employees standing around and taking forever. I will most certainly be coming back for all of my inspection and minor maintenance needs. The lobby is clean, smells amazing, and spacious so you are confined in a closed space.

Nice folks...However, their ignorance of NC inspection law is baffling. Since 2019, FIVE YEARS!, a 20 year old passenger vehicle does NOT require an emissions inspection, only safety. What a waste on an entire day with these fine folks. Wouldn't even check online to refresh their memory or God forbid, learn something about their profession.

This place has gone down so bad one star is too much. I was going here for years and never had any complaints. I could've blown my car up because I had an oil change and the filter wasn't on properly(had oil spots all over the yard)guess they hired whoever came in off the streets
