The selection is sometimes pretty sparse but the prices are usually good when you can find something you want and the store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly but often away from the register or stopping in the middle of your transaction to do something else. Nothing crazy negative, it just seems like task prioritization could use some work.

This comment is to the owners response about what this store is for. I have to agree most of the stuff in your store is expensive, you want to raise more funds then lower your prices and you'd sale more to get more funds to support the cause. Ppl shop here to support the cause, but when you can't afford the prices we tend not to buy and that hurts the cause.

This used to be my favorite thrift shop, but today the prices were like Ebay prices. No wonder the store was so full.

Donating is really easy, just drive up to the side door and knock a couple of times. I decided to donate here because my last experience at the old building was really nice. I am not a thrift store person but the staff made an impression on me compared to other thrift stores. I am preparing to move and drove from Edenton to bring my donations. I was acknowledged and thanked for my donations. That goes a long way with me.

Please do not take bibles to Hopeline, we sat and watch one of the woman throw the bag of bibles in the trash we just took off the u haul. Are they discriminating against bibles? Do you throw away watch towers too?

Very nice and helpful staff. I have gotten some good bargains from their large inventory. This is where I bring all my used but good products. Hopeline's Clothesline is my favorite thrift store.

This place was great at the old location. So much furniture for sale and not just used for display. You get the furniture for free. No one wants to buy the old cheap grandmas collection or cheesy glass wear, we want to buy the book shelves and tables that it's on. Get store shelving and sell the furniture for families in need.

I love this place and have been shopping here for several years now. Great prices and clean organized store. The only complaint I have would have is they close / lock their doors early before closing time.

I absolutely love the new location. When I go I buy a lot and one con of this thrift was no shopping carts at their old location, however they have fixed this problem and has shopping carts! The new location is wonderful and very spacious. I find that out of all the local thrifts this one has hands down the best prices and variety of everything from high end designer brands to mall brands to Walmart brands and all for a low fixed price! Only new items are marked up.Great variety of books, teens, kids and baby items, kitchen, household, men and women’s clothing and sometimes even pet clothing as well. Some accessories like hats and scarves, necklaces and earrings from time to time. A few other jewelry items. They also sell seasonal items for each season and the holidays.Love how well this place is organized I have come to easily know my way around. However it’s important to note that clothes are generally not color coded much like they are Goodwill. They are organized well by sizes from kids sizes, women’s and plus sizes and men’s big and tall sizes. Petites are generally mixed in and not separate so a little treasure hunting is necessary if looking for petite. The store is generally clean and they have a public restroom you just have to ask the person at the register. A mask is required to shop here. Hand sanitizer is supplied & made available to public. My mom entered without a mask forgetting to put it on and she was asked to put it on if she wanted to be allowed to shop here. This store does have some pets items but not in abundance all the time. To donate you have to go to the door on the side and knock and someone will greet you nicely and always thank you for your generosity.
