Horrible customer service. Water leaked into the unit, spiders and roaches all throughout unit. When I called about these issues there was no type of sympathy or concern about the damage done to my items.

This storage unit business is thee best (i spelled it correctly for my point) storage unit business in all of my travels. The customer service & reasonable prices, quality of units, are outstanding! I used their units (2) for a total of 6 years and I never had a problem. Thank you HMS for a great experience! GOD'S BLESSINGS UPON YOU ALL!

Owners sister runs the office. Very rude and hateful to customers. Threatens to sale units anytime she feels. Gets no where near what customers owes. One buyer bids it up thinking their on Storage Wars.
