“I was purchasing a ring to give to my wife for our anniversary. I knew exactly which one I wanted. When I arrived at Kay and asked about it they were able to go right to it. The purchasing process was very easy. It didn’t take too long and Tiffani was very helpful. I needed to have the ring sized so Tiffani walked me through that process. Everything was setup and done within 15 minutes. One couldn’t ask for anything more. I was told that the ring would be ready in two weeks which would have been a Friday. When Friday came, my ring had not arrived yet. On Monday I called and as it turns out, the ring was there but was not sized. So yes, there was a little hiccup/mistake for whatever reason. Now I had plans lined up so getting this ring back in time was extremely important to what I had planned. Things happen, mistakes are going to be made. We are all human but it’s about the response to those that make all the difference. They felt very bad about what happened and they knew that I had a timeline, a plan that I needed to stay within. These guys went to work, calling in favors and sent my ring out to be sized and told me they would have it back by maybe Thursday or Friday at the latest. That was on Monday. On Wednesday, I received the call that the ring was there and ready. So not only were these guys saving me by getting it done by Thursday or Friday, they get it back even sooner. I could tell how bad they felt and how much they wanted to make sure I was happy, that I had a great experience. I am very thankful for the extra effort put in and the wonderful attitudes. The way they handled everything was great. Again, mistakes and things happen but it’s about what is done next that counts. They made my day as well as my anniversary. Tiffani, thank you for everything. I look forward to returning there for my next purchase. To anyone reading this and other reviews that are maybe looking to decide about buying from there, trust me when I say….please do. I don’t think you will regret it!”

We originally went to Jared and claimed it could not be repaired. Took it in to the girls at eclectic and we’re able to tell me if it was repairable in 5 minutes. Which it was, and they worked quickly to fix it. This is a buisness that will know you by name, and understand what jewelry you are looking for and whatever repairs you’ll need on currently owned jewelry for a very reasonable price.
