Nice clean building but if the couple that works there is not working that day i rather go another day. The fellow name Ijawaun very helpful and knows what he is talking about. Same for Miss lady they always make my trip to metro worth it even bring my pals along we purchased 9 phones

The new location is great! New staff member Karen was very prompt , respectful,patient and friendly. Very charismatic. She answered all my questions and gave me a great deal with a great phone. Although very busy with many people in there she did a great job assisting everyone even in Spanish! Great experience over all and great service I’ll be back for my home internet soon’n

First of all they are under new management and a new location(new location is beautiful by the way), & was unannounced. I am very disappointed at the fact of new management. The new manager is very rude and she has a very slick mouth when talking to customers. I was in there this morning and she was going on about one her employees, I honestly feel bad for the establishment. The new manager does not have a name tag or I would address her by her name. It was nice doing business with you’ll but since this is the only Metro close to me, I will not be continuing service though you’ll just to avoid her.

Omg! Yasmine was awesome and fast. She took her time and listened to our problem. She went way beyond expectations to get our phones. We are so happy. Pls ask for Yasmin at metro in Elizabeth City. She will get the job done!!!

The whole staffing was amazing. Couldn't figure out what I wanted and they walked me in the right direction. They explained everything to me and even showed me the display phone. I'll be back when it's time for an upgrade. Five stars is all I could give. Wish I could give more. 100 stars. Thanks Yasmein and her staff

My experience here was one I will never forget great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and great selection of phone and accessories to choose from.Rep Alicia did a great job finding the phone just for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. I will return when it’s time for my upgrade!

Just visited this location to pay my phone bill and the employees were sitting outside because of how hot and humid it was inside the building. I truly feel sorry for them having to deal with such negligence. Corporate SHOULD NOT have them working in those conditions.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Was surprised that there weren't any free options for me after 3 years. The ladies were very pleasant and found me the (supposedly) lowest priced phone, but then kept trying to sell me an expensive "care package" that I told them I didn't need. Also, she added a premium service bundle to my plan without my permission. I only found that out when another person on my plan (not I) received an email about the monthly payment increasing. Shouldn't they let me know if something is being added to my plan? I don't like the pushy sales or the deceptive business practices by Metro PCS. Wouldn't recommend.

This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. My friend tried to return his phone because he got a plan with t mobile and they told him no because the box was ripped. I got a phone while he was in there and 2 days later....I noticed the phone they had given me was previously used. I explained this to the manager, RENITA JAMES, and she was adamant that I'm crazy. She didn't give my friend the referral credit either. There were 4 employees in that store and nobody helped with ANYTHING. Im angry so I'm going to try to go to corporate with this issue. I
